queuing triggers of a zap

Hi Community, we are using webhooks as trigger for our zap. the zap then proceeds to make an Rest API call to a third party service. sometimes there are multiple webhooks coming in at the same time, thus triggering the zap multiple times, simultaneously. unfortunately the third party API has an rate-limit of 6 READ calls per 3000 ms. this occasionally causes the zap to hit an 429 when making the third party API call. is there a way to queue the new trigger whenever the zap is still being run? ie running the zap sequentially rather than immediately when its triggered? i would much appreciate any ideas. i did not find any solutions online. thank you thomas

Possible to do calculations on an array of line items?

Hey! I am building a zap to integrate Shopify and Xero (putting invoices into xero). I need to calculate discounts percentages, using the discounts per line item and their price. This involved doing maths on each line item and then producing a new set of line items with the discount percentages. When I do this maths, instead of calculating per line item it puts all of the value to together and produces a single number output.   Does anyone know if you can run maths on an array of line items? Todosit -> Evernote - missing notes data

Hi,  I am tried to build my Todoist - Evernote integration Zap, but the Zap was not able to get Note data (commentary) for Todoist Task.  The Zap is designed to create new note in Evernote notebook every time there is new Todoist Task created, Evernote note should have Todoist Task’s comentaties in note body. Is there a solution for this.  Thanks in advance.

How can I see my PostgreSQL tables ?

Hi everyone, I would like to trigger my zap when a row is updated in a specific database table (Postgres database). My connection to the database works fine, but in the table selection field I am not able to see my tables. I double checked the permissions, it can’t be the cause. I tried the ‘new row on a custom query’ trigger but it doesn’t meet my need as I’m looking for an update.   Do you have any idea how could I make them visible ?   Good day, Val

Customization options of Trigger Column for PostgreSQL?

I’m looking to have Zapier only trigger based on a specific PostgreSQL change to a JSONB value.  I’m using the PostgreSQL “New or Updated Row” trigger. My PostgreSQL database has a table with a JSONB column, which, among many other key:pair values, has a boolean setting. Can I set the Zap to trigger off of a change to that specific JSON value? I know that ‘Trigger Column’ section has a Custom field that I can enter something into, but what are the limitations here? I can’t find documentation. (The ‘New Row (Custom Query)’ option won’t work in my case, because a new db row cannot be created in this instance.)

HELP! Vcita isn't connecting to Gocanvas

Hello. Our business uses VCITA ( an online booking program ) and also uses go canvas. I am setting up the zap between vcita, so when we get an appointment booking it automatically creates a dispatch in GoCanvas (so i dont have to fill out both booking systems everyday). Now I am getting an error when I am filling out - (Assign Item too) where i put in the technicians name from the vcita calendar, i then need it to assign to the technicians name in gocanvas. but it it saying the field has an error. Now i understand it needs an email address not a name to connect the two - but it is under our technicians name not email address - because we do not want clients through vcita to see our technicians email address. I tried to use formatter by zapier so that the systems see the technicians name but knows its the email address. I hope this has made senses, I can’t get any zapier support and need help desperately. thanks

Run Lookup on Google Sheet row, but continue either way?

I am trying to filter a zap to stop if a value already exists (ticket ID from Spoke) in a Google Sheet. If the value does not exist, the zap continues on and writes that value to the same sheet. That way the zap only completes once for each ticket ID. I’m using a lookup on the ID value, but the zap is halting when the value is not yet found. Is there some other way to accomplish what I’m trying to do?

find many spreadsheet rows with line item support maximum 10 - Sending emails can I only send 10?

Hi There,I have a zap that works well. I send an email from outlook. It gets logged in Saleshandy. Saleshandy checks it against a Google Sheet file. If it's there, it takes the account number and creates a completed task in SalesForce for me by referencing the account's ID number. All is well.I am about to send out a newsletter to my clients and I know Saleshandy has a limit of 50 emails that can be sent at a time to track openings etc. I want to know if the Find Many Spreadhseet Rows with Line Item Support is limited to me sending 10 emails or if it's more like 10 things to look up in the same row (I only have 2).Thanks for your help with this.Jenn

How to print a PDF with Google Cloud Print using variables from Landbot

We’re using Landbot to gather user input which we want to deliver as part of a PDF document once the chat has ended. The document (a last will and testament) has standard text and variables from Landbot which provide the personal details etc. What is the best way to provide the document for printing, and how would I determine page breaks? I’d really appreciate it if someone could shove me in the right direction. :)

Find Record in Salesforce : Fields from previous step are missing

Hi all !    I’m currently designing a zap to sync MySQL data to Salesforce. I need to track changes on a MySQL table (User table) to propagate changes to Salesforce Contact object. So for the moment my first zap contains 2 steps  1. New or Updated Row in MySQL and  2. Find Record in Salesforce   the issue is : In step #2, when I would like to pick a value from step #1, I see only 1 field (called Dedupe hash) and other fields (row Id for example) are not visible :    however in Step #1, all columns are visible (my user has access to all columns) :    Any ideas about this issue ? Zaps To PipeDrive Stopped Working

I’ve had months and hundreds of zaps work over the last several months and they all of a sudden stopped working. I have not made any system changes and my zap just stopped working out of no where. Here’s the error message I receive:  Name must be given. Please check developers.pipedrive.com for more information about Pipedrive API. When I look at the task history, all the data is there. I even compared it with some previous data and found no issues. I contacted PipeDrive support and they said their system are working. I have no idea how to get this issue resolved. Google sheet > Stripe

Hello everyone, I have a start-up that sell subscriptions for delivered personalized meals. When a customer buy a subscription, a Stripe customer is created and the customer is charged every week. All the information about the subscription are stored in a google sheet. I would like to create a zap that will allow to update the customer in Stripe when the customer want to change its subscription.  The customer will choose the new subscription in the website and the google sheet database will be updated with a zap. The google sheet will be connected to stripe and customer will be updated and charged every week with the new amount. In the google sheet I have a column with the ID of the product. How can I tell to Stripe to change the subscription of a customer according of what is in the google sheet? Thank you in advance, IN ORANGE: ZAPS

  I’m using this zappier function (gsheet to google calendar) Somehow, the end date on the calendar is always wrong (same as start day) The data on zappier hasn’t any problem. Is there any way to solve it?
