Help request to configure zap

Hi I’m trying to extract abandoned cart data (name and email) from wordpress (cartflows abandoned carts plugin) with  a webhook and drop these data  in a new list of sendinblue via zapier.Please see the screenshots.Could somebody pease help me to understand and identify my mistake? Connectwise Manage - Ticket lookup using summary field (is the search using contains... or exactly)

I have a ticket created on a service board where I need to update the ticket based on a zap.  Initially I search for a ticket because I don’t know the ticket number.  The only real way for me to search for the ticket is through a unique 4 character string that gets created and put into the summary when I run my other zap that creates the ticket.  so my summary looks like this”“You have a new interaction from john smith - 1e3t”Before I can run the zap that updates the notes in the ticket, I have to  find the ticket number.  I try to perform a lookup using the  Summary field and then using the 1e3t unique number identifier.  The zap fails to complete the lookup saying there was no data found.  If I change the summary to just show 1e3t and nothing else the zap finds the ticket.  I really don't want a ticket with a summary of “1e3t” because that does say anything, so I am wondering if there is a way to specify in the summary lookup either a wildcard or a “contains..” it seems to be setup t

FTP to Shopify

Hi Everyone - I hahve a shopify store, where my vendor uploads inventory and product information daily to their FTP site.  They also include order tracking information as well. Is it possible to import the contents of those files into the shopify store?  We are currently using InventorySource and they are expensive for the services they offer.  Any suggestions on how this can be accomplished?

Asana Custom Fields

I am wanting to set up a zap that will create a new task in asana when another task is completed. I am having trouble with creating the new task and getting the zap to select the correct option in a custom drop down field. The new task keeps showing up blank?????When I customize the task each field has so many different options for the one custom field that I just have no idea what one I need to select (I have tried all!!!). Do I need to do a look up for each custom field in order for it to work?For one custom ID I have the option to select Enum Option ID, Name, Value Name, GID, Colour etc etc,

Is this possible?Google sheet populated with data. There are 5 data items In the sheet including an email address of a ‘user’The Data Items in sheet will be used to populate Google Doc ‘template’ {{data-from-sheets}}The final Populated template will then Be emailed as an attachment to the ‘user’

Filtering failed tasks

We have reached our limit on Tasks for the month. At our current level we are allowed 2,000 per month.  St the moment there are still 2,500+ tasks in ‘holding’.  The majority of those tasks do not need to be rerun as they don’t include a dollar amount.  (We are sending purchased from our film festival to Salesforce).  Is there a way to apply additional filters so that I can see and replay only those that the data I want to send?  And then i could delete the others that are sill in holding?

Time Blocking Daily Tasks & Attaching Countdown timer to each?

I am looking to use most likely Google Calendar to set my daily and weekly tasks into dedicated time blocks each day.  Example: 9-10am outgoing calls.   10-11 follow up emails  11-12 create content, etc.i would like to have a countdown timer display on my screen showing time left during each task.  This sounds simple, but I am struggling.  Any advice or insight would be appreciated.  Reports would be great, but not a must.  Thanks,  Pete

Zap between Freshdesk and Autopilothq

Hi!   i created a zap like this;   when a contact gets created in Freshdesk, it also gets created in autopilot. I did map all of the fields correctly, but the name field won’t go in to autopilot. I will only have the email after the zap.   the same goes for another zap I created witch does the same but on the other way, when a contact is created in autopilot, it gets zapped in to Freshdesk. Here also the name gets lost on the way, and only the email gets zapped.   I even did a zap that sends the Freshdesk contact to google contacts instead, and also here the contact name gets lost...

Zap trigger to PipeDrive not working

Hi,  I made a zap on PipeDrive that will update an activity as done after the deal is marked as lost. I tested it with a new company, but once I marked the deal lost, the activity was not updated. I have turned on the zap and the Zapier account is connected to PipeDrive, what could be causing the issue? Thanks!

Hi, I hope you can help me I implemented a rss campaign I've connected a system between typerform and mailerlite.  It works fine except for a few things. when i click on(read more) it opens a 404 page linked to zapier mantre i in the "source url" i inserted a page of my site what link should I put the source url?
