How do I create this Zap via Airtable to copy and create 100+ records on a recurring basis?

Hey there y’all - I need help figuring out the easiest way to do this. The three tables I am working on:Student Dossier - is is a Student profile. The trigger here is: when a new student is added AND chooses the ‘3 MONTH’ or ‘6 MONTH’ road map. Program Roadmap - this is a list of 109 tasks a student needs to complete & check off to get 100% completion. This is the Master copy of the list of tasks. Think of this literally like a checklist screenshot below. Student Personal Roadmaps - this is the 109 tasks linked to the individual student record. Because each of the items is a single record, I want to avoid making 109 parts of the zap.Ultimately, this is the desired simplified formula:IF a new record is created in the 3 MONTH view of the Student Dossier…....THEN create the 109 tasks in the Student Personal Roadmaps table with the Student Name Linked (a linked record). Help! SO what would be the most effective and recurring way to do this? A masterfile CSV of the tasks that could easi

Zoom "User does not exist" error

Hello,I’m trying to use Zapier to send webinar registrations to Zoom from an internal platform via a webhook.Everything seems to be setup correctly, fields are correctly mapped. However, when I try and test the setup, I get this error message “User does not exist”. It’s an email that doesn’t exist in Zoom. Did anyone experience the same issue?Thx!

Shopify Line Item Support On Creating Order (Multiple Products)

Hi there, This is a bit of a different use case. We have a form that customers can use if they need replacement products. They can select multiple products and these are brought into Zapier as line items. The problem is that the “Create Order” function in Zapier for Shopify ONLY allows you to select one Shopify product. If you choose “Custom” and put the line items in, they’ll push to Shopify, but as new, unlinked products. I need them to come to Shopify linked to the products that already exist in Shopify to accurately decrement stock levels, etc. I can't figure out how for the life of me to do this. I have ensured that the names match what Shopify is expected to see. I did a lookup table for the ID that Shopify is expecting and put those in a line item, etc. to no avail. You can see in the picture below of what I mean. The closest I’ve gotten is the highlighted “fake products” on the left which aren’t linked to anything. The circled product on the right is how it SHOULD appear. Any t

A Zap between Outlook and Google Calendar but only after a certain time

Hi everyone, I’m wondering if this is possible: When there’s an Outlook event created with a start time of 17:00 and after, it gets copied to my Google calendar. Some context might help: I work a 9-5 job where I occasionally have events/meetings after 5pm. However, I run a side business that starts at 5pm. So if I get booked in to a work event that starts at 5pm or later, I want that to reflect in my side business calendar (i.e. Google Cal) so that it gets blocked off from my side business clients. I don’t need ALL my work events showing up in my side business calendar because...well, I just don’t need it! I just need the after-5pm-events showing up. Thanks in advance.

Monday.com to Aweber

Hi So I am sending leads from Facebook Leads Ads to Monday.com using Zapier. Once that item is created in a board in Zapier I want to send the lead info to Aweber so it send automated welcome email series. Having trouble as I can’t find the column values to send name and email to Aweber to create a new subscriber. Hi, I am trying to add new shopify orders as cards in trello. I am interested in formatting each line order in a separate line in the card description. So far I have managed to transfer the data as one chunk of text - however, for a better overview I need each line order in a separate line. Hope someone can help with this!/Philip

Trigger on gmail primary catagory

Hi, Gmail integrations are powerful, but it’s expensive to trigger on ALL of them. Gmail categories does a ton of work to reduce that clutter…. so how do we trigger zaps on those categories?Without manually labeling or moving gmails between categories (that’s the point), there is no way of triggering a zap on JUST the primary category. I can’t filter in gmail based on category (and label it), and I can’t trigger a zap based on its category.  We all read our primary gmails first, but has anyone worked out how to trigger a zap based on the primary category? This would reduce the cost by, 80% or so.Thanks,Chris

HiI cant connect to my woocommerce store.I have tried with multiply admin users, i getting this error:authentication failed: The WooCommerce Zapier plugin is missing or WordPress pretty permalinks may not be configured correctly. 404 File Not Found.I have installed the zapier plugin, but its not compatible with the new WP version and i cant get it to work, can you help me ?

Google form test trigger: "We couldn’t find a response"

PLEASE HELP!! I’m very new to Zapier and I’m wasting a lot of time. I’m creating a zap uploading my google form survey but when I do the test trigger, I always get this message:“We couldn’t find a response: Create a new response in your  Google Forms xxxx@gmail.com account and test your trigger again”I did but obviously I’m missing something… I really hope somebody can help me! I’m waisting a lot of time. Tutorials are not helpful…

Import from Facebook to Mailchimp

Hello everyone,I am experiencing some problems with the import of Facebook Lead into a Mailchimp list.The zap and the flow are set up correctly but for some reason, the only field that is imported is the email and date of birth of the subscriber.We need to import also their name and surname.The fact is that if I want Name and Surname I have to go to Zapier and make some manual operation on the last lead received, and only after that I get also Name and Surname of that last one.How is that possibile? It isn’t supposed to be an automation? What is the point for me of doing manual actions to get all the fields I need in may Mailchimp list? Please help :(

Connect ALL Zoom events to Zapier-->Mailchimp

I want to automatically have Zapier trigger a Zoom webinar registrant be added to Mailchimp, across multiple events.  Currently, it appears the process is to select a specific Zoom event and have it add to Mailchimp, one event at a time.  This is PAINFUL as I have multiple events per week, week in and week out, that I need to connect. IS there a better way?

Creating an item in Monday.com

I am marketing exec trying to set up basic integration between clickfunnels and Monday.com.  I have proceeded through the process but am stuck at naming the item, then setting up the 5 columns I want to pull over into an existing group on Monday.com.   I can do a test for a single item, name - but can’t figure out how to make sure the five columns I need, name, first name, phone, email and city get linked.  Can you help?

Hello to all,I have a question ! I have been looking for a way to automatically send an email with two pdf documents attached once they are uploaded to google drive. But I would like those document to be sent as PDF and not drive link.I really struggle to understand how the attachment works with zappier. How get Google to send repeating calendar invite to Attendee?

Adding a person to existing monthly meeting on Google Calendar, using Zapier, but when the client gets the invite from Gmail and clicks "accept" it only shows up for the current month -- not all the future months, so only the current month is showing up on their calendar -- any idea why?  Any suggested workarounds?Thank you in advance for your help.  Some brilliant people on this forum.

Schedule a download for previous month

I’m trying to setup a scheduled Zap to run at the beginning of the month, but download a file from the previous month.  I’m attempting to manipulate the date from the Scheduler by using Date/Time formatter to subtract 30 days from the date the schedule ran, so I can get the proper Month and Year of the previous month.  Notice that I have to use the date so I can tell if the year flipped over or not.  I can’t just subtract 1 from the month and use the same year.However, the Date/Time formatter doesn’t allow me to access all of the segments of the date individually.  Also I cannot specify my own customer output format to create something like M,YYYY and then split that using utilities.So how can I have something run on 1/5/2021 but have available to the rest of my Zap that last month was 12 and last month’s year was 2020?  I need month and year separate so I can insert them into a Query String of a URL.

How do you enter a list of email addresses without the "Header values can't contain newlines" error

Hi fellow Zapierians,I created a zap to send automated recurring email to a group of people. I am using literal values in “To” field, not a values from a prior step. I copied and pasted the list of email addresses using comma-separated format. But the Zap threw me an error - Header values can't contain newlines.I googled and found the below:I figured may be I copied and pasted the comma-separated list of email addresses directly into the field that caused the problem, I manually reentered the list of email addresses again (thank god it is not a long list) in the Editor and test run it, and it seemed to work.  My questions to the forum are:So does it mean that I have to enter the list of email addresses manually, instead of copy and paste? I can’t imagine if I have to enter more than 100 email addresses manually Is there other way around this? Also, I find that there is no difference in “To” field, whether I type manually or I copy and paste. Am I missing something or a step, like press

There was an error writing to your Google sheet. How do I fix?

Hi there,   I’m having an issue with my zapier writing to my google sheets. My logic goes as follows:   Trigger: New contact in list Lookup: Lookup that contact in a google spreadsheet Action: Update spreadsheet row   The error message I am getting is “There was an error writing to your Google sheet.” and when I followed the steps to resolve it, it did not prevail. The prognosis is that I had made changes to the spreadsheet during the setup. However, I do not believe that to be the issue because I have not made any changes at all.   Could there be another reason why I am getting this error?

Gmail Action: Find Email - Only returning one result

I am using the Gmail action “Find Email” with a search that should return numerous emails.  My Zap runs as expected but each pass is only returning one email.  Do I need to force an iteration somehow?
