Smartsheet Copy Row - are attachments included?

HI, For those who uses smartsheet, I know there is an automation where it copys row to antoher sheet if the condition are met. But since I have too many columns that I do not want to copy over, I’ll be using Zapier to copy specific columns if criteria are met. So my question is, does zapier copy over attachment as well when rows are copied? Also, I notice only update row are allow to choose which columns to copy over. Thanks for your help!

Send Monthly Email with Google Sheet from Gmail

So I have a google form that my managers input attendance events (call outs, tardiness) onto that then totals up all of the events (and the corresponding point value) for the employees on another sheet. I want to create a zap that will send out an email to all of the employees each month with the current point total. I have tried using scheduler > google sheets > gmail but I am having a hard time figuring it out. I know that I could do this without a zap, but I would rather make it automatic so I don’t have to remember to send the emails. TIA

"body failed validation" error in Find Database Item in Notion action

Hi everyone,I have 2 databases in Notion: Clients and Orders. Email is a common field across these two. I'm trying to automatically add Orders of a specific client.For example, if Jane Doe (in Clients db) compleses a new Order (it is added through Zapier from Shopify), then the Jane Doe page (item in Clients db) is edited (ideally I will insert a link to that item page in Orders).My Zapier idea is :When new database item in Orders Find item in Clients with field Email being a variable from 1. Update found item in ClientsHowever, I keep getting this error when testing step 2body failed validation. Fix one: body.filter.and[0].title should be defined, instead was \undefined`. body.filter.and[0].text should be defined, instead was `undefined`. body.filter.and[0].number should be defined, instead was `undefined`. body.filter.and[`I do have 1 item with this email in both databases.Any idea of what I'm doing wrong here?Thanks a lot

Is it possible, with the SugarCRM 7+ integration to assign a particular contact ID to a target list?It wasn't obvious to me that it existed - would be great if it did, as I dont think it can be done within the SugarCRM BPM module.

Create Stripe invoices from new row in Airtable

Hi I’m looking to sent Stripe invoices from editing in Airtable!I’ve set up a  couple zaps thatcreates a Stripe customer from a new row in Airtable via webhook creates an invoice item and sends an invoice to the newly created customer.I’ve successfully created the customer in a LIVE Stripe environment via Airtable, however, when proceeding with the zap step to create the invoice item, the app returns “no such customer”. I don’t know why this is the case, as previous steps have correctly mapped the stripe ID, customer name, etc.Live Stripe keys are being used as well.Anyone have any experience with something similar? Hi there! Does anyone know how can I solve my issue with amoCRM integration?I’ve set a trigger for “new task” in amoCRM and as a result of the zap I need to receive a message in Slack with task type and lead name. Currently I have an issue with linking lead name. Which settings should I use to perform Find lead action after trigger is set?

Data duplicate on Pipedrive

I need to avoid sending lead duplicates to Pipedrive. I’ve tried using filters and conditions but it didn’t work. I’ve even tried the Pipedrive's native solution such as “find or create a deal/organization/person”.If people send their data twice or more, I must not send  the redundant ones  to Pipedrive. I need  to  send  just the first one.Can anyone help me?

Nonprofit: Sending unique values or sheets and marking them as used (past get multiple rows feature)

Hi! I work for a nonprofit organization and am trying to analyze if a professional Zapier program would be the right fit for our needs. I’ve figured out the initial steps, but now I’m hitting a wall.  So, we have a data set that is comprised pretty much of very soft potential leads. Usually 3 rows of info that matter: a name, email, and phone number or address. Volunteers can request a certain amount of leads via a google form (open to other types of online forms or actions for doing this) in which they say the number of leads that they want and their name and email. This step makes sense.Then: a middle action for data splitting and some type of marking of whether that data was used. This is where I’m uncertain.Followed by attaching the data in some form to an email and sending it to the volunteer. This part also makes sense. Basically, I want to find the most simple way to piece off a spreadsheet. All values are of equal weight/importance, so it doesn’t matter what leads the volunteer

Automating clean up and sorting of Microsoft Excel file

Hello!I am trying to find a way to automatize the following process and I would love to get some ideas:clean an excel file containing data remove unnecessary columns clean-up text in a specific column (I usually do this using text-to-column and using “(“ and “:” as a delimited to keep the text I need; check data in columns A and B of the excel file with data contained in a master list (which could be another excel file or any other solution - for example an online SQL database); remove from columns A and B any data that is already available in the master list; combine data from columns A and B together; split the content of these columns in blocks of 100 cells each.Ideally I would love to create Amazon Ads with one ad per each 100 cells (keywords), but I don’t think that Zapier syncs with Amazon Ads.Thanks a lot!!

IF conditions within a Zap

I have a Zapier webhook that I send Segment.com events to. I can only have one Segment Zapier webhook, but I want to trigger 2-3 zaps off those webhooks based on the data. For example:if the webhook contains “moof” I wish to write “moof” to Hubspotif the webhook contains “stripe” I wish to write “stripe” to Stripeif the webhook contains “banana” I wish to write “Banana” to Airtable what is the best way to accomplish this? I had previously done with with a “Catch” block but it seems like Zapier no longer supports those.

How to filter replies to a Slack thread based on contents of the original message thread?

I’m trying to create a zap that automatically responds an out of office message to tickets that belong to me and are further commented on while I’m gone. I’m using Halp which is slack integrated. The slack integration structure is:Message in channel w/ basic info including who the ticket is assigned to All subsequent discussion/comments regarding that ticket are made as replies in that threadSo basically what I want is:When new messages are posted to the channel Check that the ticket is assigned to me (Which can be found in the original thread) Respond with Out of Office messageThe only issue is that when threaded responses are created and then filtered, there’s obviously no data within that response detailing who’s assigned to the ticket. That can only be found in the parent/original thread.I’m thinking it would be something like searching slack for the original message via something like the thread timestamp but that’s obviously not something Slack supports so I’m not sure how I woul

Hello and have a nice evening,I'm looking for a way to iterate through all of the folders in a previously identified folder. I want to make the contents of several folders available as share links on Discord in targeted channels. I have currently achieved the following:The destination folder is determined. There are several weekly folders in the target folder, the newest of which is determined.Here's what I imagined, but couldn't find anything to implement it:A loop that goes through that folder in the previously determined week folder. If there is a document in the folder, the share link for the file should be determined. Check on Discord if a channel with the folder name exists. If this is available, the link should be sent in it. With the name for Discord it must be noted that spaces are replaced by a "-" and all letters are automatically written in lower case. If possible, it should also be possible to define an optional variable for all customers in front of the disco

Multiple Acuity Appointment Times --> One Convertkit Tag

I have several Acuity appointment types that are basically the same appointment with different timespans. I want anyone who books one of those appointments to end up with the same tag in ConvertKit.Is there any way to do this with one conditional Zap (it’s not obvious if there’s an “or” option) or do I really have to set up a zap for each appointment type. That’s super tedious.

WAVE and Acuity Scheduling

I have created a ZAP that pulls reservation data from the Acuity Reservation app and then interfaces with the WAVE accounting system to create a draft invoice for the services that the person has booked. The ZAP is working well, but I want to have the ZAP create an invoice that reflects that a customer using the Acuity reservation system has booked multiple spots…..i.e. this person books a charter on a given day at a specified time for 5 people @ $80.00 per seat. I can’t get the ZAP to create an invoice that shows 5 seats @ $80 for an extended invoice amount of $400.00.  The invoice that is generated shows 1 seat @ $80.00 - $80.00.I would really appreciate any assistance that anyone could offer. Thanks much!

Searching Shopify Products by SKU and not by Title to Update Quantity

Hello Zapier Community.I am creating a Zap that updates Shopify inventory quantity from a Google Sheet. When building the Zap I noticed that it makes me create an extra step to search for products, but the only variant to search is product title. I can not use product title because my ERP system does not have my Shopify product titles stored. I need help with: I would like to run the search using my product or variant SKU. Is this possible? Thanks!

Salesforce - New Contact Trigger for Specific Contacts

I am setting up a zap between salesforce and mailchimp and I would like when a new contact is created it will be added to a mailchimp mailing list. However, I don't want all new contacts being added but only contacts that meet a specific criteria. For example contacts that have that have a specific 'contact type' selected (as shown in attachment). A second somewhat related question - if it is my specific salesforce account login linked to the trigger, will the trigger only recognize new contacts which I have added or will it also include contacts which members of my company have also added to our salesforce account and if not how would I set this up?

I am currently using Zapier’s free plan (yay!) and recently got this email:Just a heads up: You're now over 80% of your Zapier task limit for this billing period. When you reach 100% of your task limit, we’ll start holding your tasks. Held tasks will be stored in your Task History, but won’t be completed until you upgrade your account. To make sure your Zaps continue working for you, we recommend you upgrade your plan.So I need to know--when does each “billing period” end (and the next one start) and this task limit counter reset? Every 1st of the month? 7th? 15th? Please let me know.
