Clickfunnels to Zapier to Square

Hi Everyone, I need some help as I keep getting different answers. I have set up in Zapier a zap from Clickfunnels to Square, to take payments. In Zapier it says that it works fine, however I cannot add Zapier as a payment gateway & therefore set up my products. Does Square work with Zapier for Clickfunnels??I have set it up so it should work. Others are telling me it doesn’t work. If it won’t work how can I do set it up in Zapier?  & if this can be done then how do I do the Clickfunnels side to add my products when it keeps asking me for the Payment Gateway? Please Help. Thank you

I had to disable my wp-spamshield to let zapier communicate with woocommerce. Does anyone know of a spam filter that I could use which would not interfere with the zaps?thanks,Paulo

I’m having another Zaper/Mailchimp issue.Here’s what I’ve got—Trigger: New Subscriber in MailchimpAction: Filter: Only Continue If > User doesn’t belong to certain GroupsHere’s a message that Zapier gives you in the Trigger:And, here’s the trigger data that it pulls from the user, related to Groupings: Here’s one version of a solution I’ve tried:Filter set up like this, where the Zap wouldn’t continue if the new sign-up was in the “Opt-Ins” Group Category—Am I instead supposed to put in “Example Group Category 1” or something? That seems like what the Zapier message is telling me to do. But that wouldn’t make sense because—Problem 1: How am I supposed to know which Group is which? Problem 2: It’s still only showing 2 Group Categories and I have more than 2 Group Categories. So, How would I set up a boolean string to keep the Zap from continuing if they were in ANY of the Group Categories I wanted to name?Has anyone else run into this problem? Error connecting to MySQL database in Azure.

I created a user with all privileges in DB, allowed access from 54.86.9.50 to DB. When I connect from CLI to DB I'm successful, but when I enter the same credentials to Zapier I get error authentication failed: Could not connect with zapier@olvin and provided password. The response we got from the server is included below for debugging purposes. (pymysql.err.InternalError) (1043, 'Bad handshake') MySQL is running version 5.7 When I enforce SSL on DB and enter contents of https://www.digicert.com/CACerts/BaltimoreCyberTrustRoot.crt.pem (see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/mysql/concepts-ssl-connection-security) to SSL Client Certificate field, I get error authentication failed: Could not connect with zapier@olvin-dev and provided password. The response we got from the server is included below for debugging purposes. [SSL] PEM lib (_ssl.c:3358) Can someone please help with connecting?

How many Ids does Zapier store for deduplication?

Hi,One of my client has a huge number of tasks being added per day in history. For each new record, Zapier stores the id of the record for deduplication.I am wondering how many records will Zapier store for my cllient’s trigger for deduplication to work, or we have to do something on our end to avoid running out of Zapier’s deduplication storage. So my questions are:How many Ids does Zapier store for identifying new records in trigger? What can be the max size of Id?

Can't change my email address

I don’t know how many times I have tried to change my account email address. I press the confirmation button in the email I receive. However, my email doesn’t change. I have no idea how to overcome this issue. I have tried other emails. Nothing works.

Cleverreach connection expired

In unregular intervals the connection between Zapier and Cleverreach breaks. Message: The app returned "Bad Request: Invalid token".When I reconnect my Cleverreach account (has not changed since last connection), it works again for some time. This is really annoying, as it seems there is no “rule” when it happens. Any idea how to solve this?

Add new Typeform responses to a Google Doc in a new Google Folder with the file and uploaded files

I have a Zapier with 4 tasks. Trigger from Typeform Create a new folder with the First and Last Name. Create Document from Text in Google Docs that would have the form fields and add it to the dynamically created folder that was done in part 2 Upload file(s) to google drive’s created folder Task 2 works, it creates a folder with the sign up name. Tasks 3 and 4 don’t work as I get an error “The document could not be sent to Google Docs.”. Clicking the troubleshoot error button it gives me info that its a 404 error.

Find Multiple Records in Salesforce based on ID

Hi there,We have Opportunity Products associated to an Opportunity in SalesForce.I would like to retrieve these Opportunity Products using the Opportunity ID using the “Find Record(s)”. I can get his to work if a single product is associated to an opportunity, however in the case of multiple products associated to an Opportunity, Zapier is only returning one.Is there a way I can get all the products associated to that Opportunity?I noticed this sentence in the docs (https://zapier.com/help/doc/common-problems-salesforce-zapier):“Salesforce search actions return the most recently created record that meets the search criteria, even if there are multiple records that match.”Does that mean I can only retrieve one product? Thanks for your help

Woocommerce Order Updates in Google Sheets: How does a zap look like?

Ok, so I created a zap that creates a new row in a Google Spreadsheet when a Woocommerce order is created in WooCommerce. But the order status is (obviously) not updated. So many orders that are on status “completed” in Woocommerce are still on “pending” in the Google Spreadsheet.So my questions are:1.) Is it possible to create a zap that updates the order status of already imported orders?2.) How can I do that?Thank you for any help,Andrea

No Zaps will Turn On [Google Sheets]

I see that others have posted that a similar issue tonight. But mine is not resolved. I turned off all of our Zaps to do routine maintenance in Google Sheets. I went to turn them back on. The first few turned on, but no more will. All are throwing popup flags: Error turning Zap on: The app returned "Rate limit exceeded for creating file subscriptions." If we don’t have these Zaps on within 2 hours from now, we will not only lose money but major clients.

Update Google Sheet Cell by clearing it

I have columns in a google sheet where I place an “x” in the appropriate cell column to signify that a client has that particular service. In the zap I'm locating the correct customer row based on their email address and then using the “update row” option to add an “x” in the correct cell column for the service they have purchased.I have not been successful being able to clear an existing “x” from a cell column using this same method. I tried to just type a “space” with the spacebar in the column that I want to clear the “x” from, however that doesn't seem to work. Is there another way to get this to work?

Salve ho delle campagne obiettivo leads generation attive, una delle quali è collegata a Zapier.Ogni qualvolta viene generato un lead, i dati vengono incorporati su un file di calcolo google e all’interno di una mail. Gli ultimi 3 leads generati non vengono piu’ conteggiati su zapier. Non so come uscirne, Facebbok mi dice che per loro è tutto ok e l’assistenza Zapier non risponde. Grazie a tutti.

Zendesk Case to Account with matching order ID

We are trying to use Google Merchant for orders. When a person places an order on google, it goes into Shopify. Orders are zapped from shopify into Salesforce. We do not get the person’s email address.If a person needs to return their order, those requests come into Zendesk as a case and are then zapped into Salesforce because we use Salesforce for our return process. The problem is it creates a duplicate record because I don’t have an email as a unique identifer. When the case is zapped over from Zendesk to Salesforce, I’d like to somehow search for the Account (already created from the original order) that the google order number is associated with but I can’t see to figure it out. Does anyone have a solution?

Hi,Does anyone have an idea how Schedule By Zapier app might work behind the scenes?Is it just the normal trigger running every few minutes according to your plan and then checking some conditions in JS code for current time etc, just like we develop new custom app on Zapier App Platform?Or Zapier schedules it to run on the exact time that we specify only once and not every few minutes and do condition checks?Really appreciate inside details

How to copy spreadsheet and keep the shared functionality?

  I like to fire off Salesforce to make a copy of a Master google spreadsheet that is shared with several people. I am able to make a copy of the Master spreadsheet, but I am not able to keep ‘share it with the same people’ functionality.Does anybody have a solution for this?

If you create a new worksheet in a zap for GSheet, you can not insert rows into that worksheet right away.  Zapier will give this error “Could not find the selected worksheet ({}). Does it still exist?” How do you insert rows for a new worksheet?
