RightSignature Integration Issue

Is anyone else having problems adding their RightSignature account to Zapier. I read somewhere that the integration hasn’t been updated to support the new version of the Citrix API, but not sure if that’s still the case. Looks like the issues been around since at least June of 2020

I want to create and connect a Google Sheet with phonne numbers only to use as Facebook custom aaudience. I have read articles here aabout doc with names, last names and emails but I only have phone numbers.I am new at this so I would like to understand how to do this. Set up the sheet and connect it via zapier with my facebook ads. Please advise. Thanks Karia

Tasks vs. Zaps - Zapier cost clarification

How does Zapier setup its pricing? I currently have a Zap setup to pull 7 different columns/fields from a live updated Google sheet (using email parsing). This is pushed over to their Hubspot account as new leads (there is no directly connection from this service to Hubspot. Will I be charged 1 Task each time a new line items comes in or will it be 7 Tasks each time? Thanks,Eric

I am building a workflow to create a bunch of other sales collateral based on hubspot deals as they work through their various stages. The New Deal trigger does not contain this value in the data it returns - how are others handling this?

Saving Multiple Attachments from Gmail

Hello, I am unable to save multiple attachments from Gmail. This question was already asked but I’m pretty sure the “best answer” doesn’t make any sense.  See here: Like that original poster, I have the variable set to upload “Attachments (exists but not shown)”. Only one file uploads. The “best answer” implies you should change it to “attachment details” or something, but when you do, the only thing that uploads is a text document of the attachment filenames, which no one wants.  Please advise if this is possible!

Importing Mailchimp 'Status' field

Hi, I am trying to get my head around something here.  I have set up a ‘Mailchimp Status’ column in Airtable to automatically provides the ‘Status’ i.e. “Subscribed”, “Cleaned”, “Unsubscribed” of an email address in Mailchimp. This way I can easily keep track of who in our database is currently receiving our mailouts, who has opted out, and which emails are bouncing. I have a Zap set up which triggers when a subscriber is created or updated on Mailchimp. This in turn finds the corresponding record on my Airtable base and updates the ‘Mailchimp Status’ field with the ‘Status’ output data from Mailchimp. So far so good, I have data appearing in my Airtable column. My issue however is that for some reason, instead of showing “subscribed” it is showing “subscribe”, and I can’t figure out why. When I am testing the steps in Zapier, the status output from Mailchimp shows as ‘subscribed’, but when it’s hitting my database in reality it is showing ‘subscribe’.  This is obviously a minor issue

How to Create New Google Folder when new row is added and upload files to Google Folder

Hello,I am fairly new to Zapier. I was able to make some very basic zaps. I am needing assistance with a zap. I want to trigger a zap (when a new employee submits onboarding documents a folder is created in google drive for that specific employee). Is this possible?  If anyone has a video that walks through these steps or can point me in the right direction that would be great. I have a need to brand a single gravity form for multiple clients. All of the data will be the same, and I want them to go to the same spreadsheet. Can I use the same zap for all of the forms? What’s the best way to do this? Thanks in advance!

Once we have the choice of exporting a zap as a JSON file, enabling easier edition of certain aspects than the web editor, how is the JSON imported back? Probably it’s me not being able to navigate properly but, I’ve been unable to find the import function to create a new zap from the JSON file… Any hint?

Zapier errors for missing info but info is present

Hello! I get an error from time to time on one of my zaps. The zap grabs data from a form (cognito forms) and then sends corresponding webhooks to a service we use. The issue is that the webhook step will error because the height field (required on the form) had no data. The confusion comes in because the form does contain height info for the client. I’ve attached screenshots, is this maybe just Zapier messing up once in awhile? The error is always from this one field, never anything else. You can see in the Cognito step that the height is present (height value is what is needed) but it is missing from the webhook step. Thanks!

The account could not be sent to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Dynamics Returned the following error "Resource not found for the segment “ “.When I’m trying to connect that was the problem. Help me guys to solve it. Troubleshoot message said “ Our integration currently works with v8 and v9 of the Dynamics REST API. If you're using an older or newer version (9.1 or greater), you will not be able to connect to Zapier. “How to contact zapier support for this? Thank you.

Amazon Polly to email or Dropbox

Hi - I’m quite new to Zapier but I’m trying to create something but I’m not sure if it’s possible or if I’m approaching it wrong.I want to create an audio weather forecast using Zapier Weather & Amazon PollyI’ve manged to link the weather zap & Polly and have successfully created an audio weather forecast which is generated when I press ‘test’I would like the audio file (mp3 etc) to be created automatically every day and for either a link to be emailed to me or a file to be sent to my dropbox (or other online storage)At the moment I have no idea how to get the audio file to me from Amazon Polly unless I intervene manually. Does anyone have any ideas how to achieve this? thanks

Zap: Google Sheets to Airtable - creates new record in Airtable instead of updating eventhough a "Find record" step is included

Hello Zap Community!I'm trying to set up a Zap with Google Sheets and Airtable wanting it to "Update record in Airtable when new or updated row in Google Sheet". I successfully set up another Zap where it creates a new record when a new row is created in the chosen Google worksheet. However, I also want a Zap that just simply updates the existing matching records in Airtable when rows in Google Sheets are edited.  I played around, and made a Zap that was kind of "working" - however, when I update rows in Sheets it just created new records in Airtable. I have set up three steps:Google Sheet as the trigger: new or updated row Action: Find record in Airtable (making it look for a matching record in Airtable) Action: Update record in Airtable if it matches the record that was found What I have done so far is to set up a Google Sheet worksheet as a trigger - here there is no problem. Then I've added a "Find Record in Airtable" step in the Zap, as I want the Zap to look through existing Airt

Quickbooks bill and invoice line item help

I'm creating a zap from my Knack database. My Knack database has a form to enter new dispatched loads for my driver's. Each record has driver pay info. My drivers are Vendors in QuickBooks Online and get paid at the end of the week for all loads done that week.So I wanted to create a zap that looks for all records that were added in the week for each driver, and then create a single Bill for each driver (Vendor). Each drivers bill would have multiple line items (each line item is a load pay record from Knack.)So the in QuickBooks I would have 1 bill for Driver A. Line item 1: Load #1234, $100. Line item 2: Load #6789, $500, etc etc. And the final bill total would be the total amount I need to pay him for the loads he did that week.I'm stuck on making that zap happen. How do I get multiple database records that don't have any connection to each other combine onto a single Bill as multiple line items? Help!! Thanks

Custom webhook: Content-Length and Host headers

Hi,Looks like Custom request webhook does not automatically include “Content-Length” and/or “Host” headers. However, when I use GET/POST or PUT request (not custom request), looks like the headers are included, but I cannot use them as I need custom request body because I am working with GraphQL API. How do I add “Content-Length” and/or “Host” headers to “Custom request” Webhook? Thanks!Richard

Global keyboard shortcut as trigger?

I’d like to trigger a zap just by typing a keyboard shortcut (on my Mac) from within any app. Lots of apps have these (e.g. LaunchBar, OmniFocus), but I can’t find one that will let me enter text to send to a zap.Zapier has some nice triggers of its own. Can it make one for a global shortcut trigger?Any Mac users have other ideas? Thanks in advance.

File copy from OneDrive to Dropbox

Hey guys, I’ve got an app that takes a picture and uploads it to a directory in OneDrive.  I want to create a Zap that, when it sees a new file hit that directory, simply copies that new image to a directory in Dropbox.  Done.  That’s it.  Each image is named according to the datetime so there won’t be any duplicates.  Regardless I can’t get this to work.  Anyone ever done something like this and got it to work?

Automatically tag subscribers on Mailchimp

Hi!I would like to know if there is a way in which i can automatically tag already existing mailchimp subscribers that come from a specific sign up form on a landing page. I am hosting a webinar and i am sending my current mialchimp list an email inviting them to register. However, I only want to continue sending e-mails regarding this webinar only to the ones that register. I know Tags are useful for this matter but I am not able to find a way to automatically tag existing subscribers.  I hope someone can help me! Thank you!
