Send a Google Calendar invite to people added to a SFDC Campaign or Marketo Program

Is it possible to send a Google Calendar invite to people who are added to a Marketo Program//SFDC Campaign? And if so, is there visibility on who is in the calendar invite on my Gmail Account? I’m trying to automate calendar invites to people who sign up for events. But it has been requested by people in my company to be able to see who is on the iCal event.   Ideally, I would like to automatically send and iCal invite to people who register, then also add those people to spreadsheet that I can share internally share (status would be cool, but I’ve read in a previous post that, that is not possible). Thanks

Creating WordPress Custom Posts from Zapier

I have the Zapier for WordPress plugin installed and activated.  I have a custom post type and I need to be able to add a post from Zapier.  When setting up the action, I can see the custom post type in the list, select it but it doesn’t fetch the custom fields.If I select a regular post, it does fetch the fields correctly so that functionality is working.  I’m just at a loss as to how to get it to fetch the custom fields from a CPT.I’ve tried every setting for the CPT I can think of but, nothing works.  Any help or suggestions gratefully received!

Look for ANY updates in any sheet within a Google Sheet

I have a Google Sheet that is frequently updated with new sheets (tabs). I’d like to be able to pull those updated rows (no matter WHICH sheet they’re in) and copying them over to the master sheet (tab) within the same Google Sheet. Is that possible?  What this looks like: Sheet B is created with a new row → Sheet A (master) is then updated with the new row from Sheet B Sheet C is added later and the same process as above should work the same with updating Sheet AWhat I don’t want to do is to have to keep going into Zapier to add the names of the new sheets into the Zap. I can’t use Google Sheets import function for the same reason—that’d mean I would have to consistently go into each new sheet to add the import function.

Connect Zapier to a Ticketmaster type site?

I’m looking to create a basic search bar on my website, where users can type in an upcoming show or artist and see a list of upcoming concerts, and then select this. Will Zapier connect to any of the large ticketing sites? Or can it connect to their API somehow? New to this, thanks!

Formatter not replacing text

Hi everybordy, My zap is :Trigger : when a new record is made in airtableAction : create a new Google slide froma template The zap is working very well, but I have many {{placeholders}}, and sometimes some of them are not completed (because there is no value corresponding to the {{placeholder}} in airtable. I would like those {{placeholders}} to be deleted so there are not seen in the final Google Slide. I’ve tried to create a formatter between the trigger and the action but it doesn’t work at all. I know trying to delete a {{placeholder}} could be difficult, so I am trying for the moment to just make the formatter work with a simple task.  Here it is : I try to change de value “no” to “yes” with the formatter : Text then Replace :  But it doesn’t work at all, the “no” is not replaced by a “yes” :  By the way, I have also tried to change the date format, and it doesn’t work neither…  Does somebody know what am I doing wrong ?  Thank you for your help !  Franck

Trainerize "no privilege to access user data" error

I created a zap such that when an optin form is submitted on clickfunnels, they will be added to a campaign on projectbroadcast and also added as a client to a program on zapier. But an error keeps showing up that says 'the app returned 'no privilege to access user data'. What could this mean?

How can I extract information from the content that Zapier receives?

The title probably didn’t make sense. Here’s what I want to do…I created a bot that posts a message to a special discord channel that contains: the current song, song artist, and length of a song that I am listening to on Spotify. Every time a message is posted to that channel in Discord, Zapier pulls that message content (which is good!). But I want to get the length of the song separately into zapier as well so that I can display the content for a certain amount of time and then remove it (the length of the song).Are there any substring() methods or string manipulation methods in Zapier that I can use to just get the END of the “content” that it pulls from discord?As you can see, it does provide a timestamp, but that doesn’t help because I would need a second timestamp of when the song ends to even think about using that method. So the only thing I can think of is to use the “Content” option and then extract text from it. Any ideas how to extract info out of the “content” field so th

Hi,All of my automations with pipedrive has been stopped last week. I don’t understand what is the problem. The error message is "Trigger partner failure: The app did not respond in-time. How to trigger on only the most recent item using a webhook?

I am using the webhook zap to pull from a wordpress site into a google sheet. I am having an issue only returning the most recent row. It is only pulling all rows every zap. Any recommendations on how to just pull the most recent input? Thanks!

What values from a webhook do I use to create a record in Salesforce?

Hi everyone,I am using Zapier to connect SharpSpring to Salesforce.  I used a “Catch Raw Hook” to catch data from SharpSpring.  I used the values from the “Catch Raw Hook” in an Action to create a Lead record in Salesforce.  I am getting errors that the field values are too long.  The values that the “catch Raw Hook” returned look like this:  76c7baa1911c0b1aa710f25ddbedfaaedda689b2aa69c6e682f32834e81aContent-Disposition: form-data; name="lastName"I deleted everything back to “lastName” before I didn’t get an error, but the data isn’t correct.  For the Email address, I get an error that “emailAddress” is incorrect, which makes me think the Zap is trying to create the email address as “emailAddress”.  Can someone tell me what values from the “Catch Raw Hook” to use?Thanks

Zapier not retrieving all the data from custom fields

I am working on a Zap and it’s working but not retrieving all the custom fields.It’s retrieving one of them, but not the other 2. Any ideas?Here are the custom fields that should be coming over...Zapier only returning 1 custom field info.I really only need the values, if that helps.

Hello, I’m using a zappier to create a Task in Salesforce whenever a new form is submitted from paperform. The problem I have at the moment is Due Date (date field) in Salesforce is doesn’t match with Created Date from Paper form.Example:Created Date on Paper form is 05/08/2021 then zappier created a Task record in Salesforce with Due Date 08/05/2021I have tried multiple format using Action Date/Time on zappier but no luck.  help please! Thank youNin

Formatter to Import CSV (sheet tab2)

Hello community. I get an .xlsx file daily delivered to my Gmail that I open, go to sheet tab2, copy the rows in the file, then paste the rows into a MASTER Google Sheet.  Here is my current ZAP workflow:Gmail > Drive to Upload attachment (converted to .csv) > Drive to Find file > Formatter to Import CSV > Utilities.Looping > GSheets to import rows into MASTER sheet. Here is my problem:Formatter to Import CSV step only grabs sheet tab1 and the data I need is on sheet tab 2. Any suggestions?

How to assign broker to lead record in Salesforce?

Problem:I have an online application where our clients fill out 150 fields that zaps into Salesforce (Create Record in Saleforce - Zap ) creating a new lead record. I have 149 fields populate except for one field that does not transfer information over from the zap which is a contact search field.GOAL: On the website application the user would type in the Brokers name in to the field, upon submission. The Zap would then bring the information into salesforce, search the Broker Contact Record Types, select the Broker if already in the system. If they are not found then the Zapier would create a new Broker Contact Record. Then populate the Broker field on new lead record that triggered the zap. Screenshot of the field that will not populate with the current zap. What do I need to do to create this process and achieve the goal of adding the Broker to the lead record.

Can I setup PDF content amend/review and auto send email?

Hello, I have a specific scenario and cant seem to figure out how to set this up.so any support will be greatly appreciated. I am looking to meet the following scenario: 1. User 1 uploads a static PDF file with has various sales related information2. User 1 then adds 'number boxes' onto the PDF file which allows users to enter in number values into the boxes.3. User 1 sends the PDF file to User 24. User 2 opens the PDF file and enters values into the 'number boxes'5. User 2 sends the PDF file to User 36. User 3 opens the PDF file, makes amendments to the 'number boxes' if needed7. User 3 sends the PDF file back to User 28. User 2 opens the PDF file, reviews the information and any amendments made by User 39. Zoho Desk sync contact with accounts from HubSpot

Hi All, Now i have one issue, for the integration between HubSpot and Zoho Desk, I found that i can sync contact information from Hub>Zoho but associated company information cannot be synced. I found there is no feature to lookup the company(account) in Zoho Desk.. What my integration is: HubSpot > Zoho DeskContact A with Company A (Hub)> Contact A with Company A(Zoho)but the Company A in Zoho filed is left blank since i cant able to extract account/company information from Zoho. Let me know any solution to this. Thanks.Note: All company/account information is setupfor both systems
