Hi, I am very glad that I can find Zapier, it’s really awesome. And I get a problem when I try to choose the plan. In fact, I want to automatically upload video to YouTube with OneDrive. And I will upload more videos in a day, so what should I choose? PS: With Zapier, the thumbnail can upload by default to YouTube? Thanks, iQiQi
Hi, I’m trying to transfer invoices created in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to QuickBooks Online. The QuickBooks connector does have an action for creating an invoice so I believe I’ll be good on that side. However, I don’t see a trigger on invoice creation in the Dynamics connector. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get this done. If not, is there somewhere that I can request that this trigger be added in the future? Thanks, Jeff
I am new to email parsing and hopefully someone can help me out with this. I receive a copy of an email that I mail out to clients with another software program. I set up an email parse using Zapier to extract information from that email. I extracted the “Subject Line” and the “Email Recipient” fields so I can create another zap. I named the “Email Recipient” extracted field “client-email”. The “Client-Email” field shows up in the body of the parsed email when I manually forward the email to the Zapier mailbox. Which is how I was able to create the field that needed. However, when I set up the emails to automatically forward to the Zapier inbox, the “Client-Email” field is missing from the body in the Zapier Mailbox. When creating a zap, the subject line, email recipient (which is where the Zapier mailbox name address is) show up when I creating a zap, but not the “Client-Email” field even though I parsed it. How can I get my “Client-Email” field to show up in the Zapier
Hi folks, I’m super new to Zappier… and looking to connect campaign monitor and clicksend (SMS). I can connect them but am not sure how to acheive what I want… which is importing a campaign and it’s subscribers (ie list of contacts and their details) straight into ClickSend as a contact list… to then be able to send a group but personalised text message. Could someone who is a superstar explain the steps needed? many thanks Carol
I have amended my mailchimp list to include groups which correspond to a checkbox list. The ECWID source does not contain these so when I start the zap prior to this it worked. Now it is failing because it is a required field. I have tried to edit to zap and zapier is seeing the group options so I want to add one of the choices to apply to the ecwid data it sends over. It is allowing me to scroll down the option I want to add but when I click on the “spot” it doesnt register that I have dont anything. The same is with the tag option. Sending it over to mailchimp with “other” as the group chosen will prevent the required field being empty by the time it turns up at mailchimp but zapier is not registering that I have chosen it. It is ignoring it Any suggestions.
Dear all, I’m trying to update an item from a collection through a Webhook and it’s returning me “ValidationError: Validation Failure”. Ever since the UI update, I have been having major problems with Facebook Lead Gen forms. The platform used to allow you to call a page by using the Page ID but now it does not. A few of our pages (even some already running zaps) arent pulling through in the zap creation flow. I have reset connections, cleared my cache, reached out to the client to set up lead access, verified that i am an admin on the page…. everything to no avail. Is there still a way to force the page call through the page ID? Also, other than requesting lead access (which oddly enough I havent had to do for many other clients) what can I to to get the pages to pull through to Zapier?

Not sure if I am doing this correctly or not. Been stuck on this for a while. Hi I have a couple of tasks I need to set up that should appear on my Teamwork list i.e every first Tuesday, third Tuesday, fourth Thursday, and fourth Saturday of the month. I’m not sure what Zapier apps to use for these. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I’m building a Zap to send a Slack message to my team on a bi-weekly basis to submit their topics they want to talk about during our team huddle. Trying to get more collaboration out of them. I’m struggling to get this right though. I thought I had it by using a Delay after Schedule by Zapier weekly, but that didn’t work and everyone was confused this morning when it said there was a team huddle this afternoon, when in fact it is next Monday. Currently I have the zap set up to message my team a week before the meeting for any topics, then follow up again as a thread to that message on Friday of the same week for topics on Monday. Any idea, without using code, how I could do this? I saw another thread on this and the person proposed using code, but I don’t understand code to know what to do with that. I also couldn’t figure out how to respond in that thread (sorta a n00b to the community).
I’ve created a Zap which turns Typeform entries into a document. it roughly looks like this: new typeform entry > send data to google sheet for formatting > create doc from typeform & sheets outputs > create & send to new folder When i run a task to edit a google sheet which has been created in the zap (e.g 1.create sheet > 2.edit sheet that’s been created) it edits the original google sheet used to create the zap rather than the new one which has been created. This happens on 2 separate google sheet tasks. This is also happening in the create & send to new folder section. A new folder is being created, but the folder that was referenced to initially create the zap is now the folder where the files are being sent to, rather than the new folder. To be clear, this happens when the zap automatically runs. If you click ‘Test & Review’ everything works fine. This has never been a problem for me before. I have problems with the 'Tag added to conversation' trigger event for Intercom. I don't see any of my conversation tags as the trigger. I only see what appears to be random dummy tags. Does anyone know the solution to this? Thx M
Hi @Vishak - you should use the subdomain, and make sure that you’re only typing the name of the subdomain (lxxxxxxxxt) and not the full url (lxxxxxxxxt.teachable.com). Could you give that a try to see if it works? Hey. I seem to give just the name of the subdomain and im getting the error still. Any solutions?
HI Community. First question - is there any way I can contact an actual Zapier representative to ask a technical question?? I seem to find the only way to get information about a very specific requirement is to ask the community! Anyway, my company needs to be able to present a calendar in a chatbot, and take the date entered by the visitor, and send it together with message to an Office 365 calendar via Zapier. Can anyone tell me if this is possible, or if they have actually done this or something similar? many thanks in advance.
I set up constant contact to put a note on my crm when someone opens an email and it’s working fine but zapier made me pick the campaign I was doing the zap for. My question is, will zapier add these notes for EVERY campaign I send or will I have to adjust the zap everytime I create a new campaign?

When I setup my Zap for integration between a Gravity Form and SalesForce, I need to provide my account login information. How do I avoid using an account that has more permissions than is needed for this function? I don’t want to pay for an additional user license just to have a dedicated account with limited permissions for the Zap.
Hello Community, I have the starter tier Zapier account. I created a zap that connects SharpSpring to Zoom (creates registrations when a form on SharpSpring is submitted). The problem is, I have a form on SharpSpring for webinar registrations. I have a form on SharpSpring for people to contact us to set up a demo. When people submit the "contact us to set up a demo" form, they are registered for the webinar. Is there a way to have the registration in zoom be contingent on the submission of a specific SharpSpring form, not any form? Thank you for your help. With gratitude, Mike
