I'm looking at parsing out just the most recent reply/message from an email thread as part of a zap. I've found this link but how to I use it within a Zap? https://github.com/zapier/email-reply-parser i.e. when I pick up a thread from gmail how do I just extract the most recent message? Is this possible in Code by Zapier and if so how? E.g. Input: Yes that is fine, I will email you in the morning. Hey, I’m currently trying to create a zap that has the zapier bot that will allow a customer access to our chosen discord and given a specific role after their woocommerce order is completed. I’m having trouble in various stages of this. The first step is creating a subscription in woocommerce which I’ve done correctly. The next step is adding this customer to our discord server, not sure if I’ve done this correctly but the bot is in our server. The final step is to give the customer a specific role in our discord server, however I can’t even find the “discord” option that I created with my checkout form on the website. All I can find our the labels such as “billing name, billing email, etc” nothing about the discord field I personally created and is on the checkout form like everything else. I’m not opposed to hiring someone to help me as I’ve paid I think $60 for zapier to be able to do this automated task and I just want to have this completed as I’m manually adding 20
I’m trying to figure out how to create a Zap. When a contact enters their info in my Click Funnel I want that contact to be sent to Follow Up Boss. I tried to set it up and now my Zapier account says I used up 601 tasks!! Please help! I’m happy to pay someone to show me how to do this or set it up for me.
I want to automate the creation of backups of my Zaps. I have a paid account. Today I have to: use the UI, visit Settings > Data Management > Export My Data go to my email, find the “Your Zapier account data is ready to download” email, click on the button “Download your account data” download the file (doesn’t need to be authenticated) unzip the file inflating: task_history_download_urls.csv inflating: zapfile.json inflating: zap_data.json I appreciate I could drive a headless browser, but is there a simpler way to automate step 1? my zap starts with a catch that gets a record from my database. now I need data from another record based on the data I got in my catch webhook post; next when I try to add another webhook, I don’t get the catch term again or a url to give to my database system. is it just not possible for a zap to do 2 catches?

For example, you can create a different table for each option in a facebook form: I have a form on facebook with 3 choices (3 possible stores). I would like that, depending on the choice made, the contact enters the table corresponding to the store.
Hello. Basic question, I know, but I just need double verification on something I believe to be true. Here’s my set up: User completes a Google Form Data from Form is sent to corresponding Sheet My Zap pulls data from Sheet and emails the User I also need our staff to have the ability to manually add User information to the same Sheet (Form Responses 1) that the Form data is pushing to From what I know, this is OK to do as long as they add the info to the BOTTOM of the Sheet. The Zap can still remain ‘on’ and any new data in the sheet will be put after the manually added data? (the reason, if it’s necessary to know, is that my Zap emails the user a unique number, which is just their row number, and I need any of our staff manually adding users info to be able to give the user their number via telephone as they manually add it). I have tried to use Zapier to integrate AWEBER with ZOOM webinar . My issue is that when i tried to link the zoom recurring webinar ( with a single registration ) with Aweber using Zapier , It failed . It says only a ZOOM normal 1 time webinar can be linked with Aweber , not a recurring webinar series . Please confirm this .
or few of the sku, ZAPs are failing that it did not find anything in quickbooks, but we do have these products in quickbooks and I was able to search and create invoice manually. Hello! I hope that you are able to help. I am currently working on integrating Salesforce with Acuity via Zapier, and when I test my Zap, it shows the event on the calendar scheduled for the time of scheduling, not the time of appointment. I think it might be because of the date format that is fed into the account. Is there a way to bypass that? Additionally, when I read an article on Zapier and Acuity, it said that “The appointment start can only fire once per appointment. If your Zap fires, then your appointment gets rescheduled, it won’t fire again for the new appointment time.” Does this mean that Zaps do not reschedule appointments? For those of you that integrated Acuity and Salesforce, do you have any recommendations? It seems to integrate to tasks nicely, but is there a workaround that I can get it on the calendar?
I’m wanting to add a photo to a facebook post when a new contact is added in Active Campaign. I already have a zap that works well for a text related message, however it would be more effective if i use a photo. Currently i’m trying to pull a photo from a shared url from dropbox. I’ve attached the message i receive from a Zap test.
The newest HubSpot app (I think it’s 1.5.0) does not include the associated contact ids for triggers that relate to a deal update. On the legacy version (which I still have access to) this exists and we used this to manipulate a contact in other areas of our business. Does anyone from HubSpot know if this is something that will be added to the new app in the near future? Or should I build out my systems by adding a value onto deals labelled, “contact email” and do things that way?
When using Jotform and Quickbooks Online (QBO) , how do I create an estimate using the info from the jotform?
Hello, and thank you in advance for any help. My issue is similar to this one that was answered earlier, but I would like to create a zap that takes the order information from Jotform and create an estimate in QBO rather than an invoice. I’ve already made a zap to create the customer in QBO, but since I’m new to Zapier and still learning how to use it I’m stumped on this particular issue. In the other community question I referenced, they were redirected to Zapier staff member, I figured I should try and ask here before I go up the chain but I’m happy to get the help wherever I can.
I am trying to send the image fields we have on a Zoho Creator form to Google Drive once a new record is created. I successfully get it to zap, but the zaps are coming in as .text files and not images. Do I need to select a file type for this? I’m stuck at this point. I uploaded 2 screenshots of how the images are uploading to Drive. Can anyone give me assistance with this, it will be much appreciated. Thank you!
We are splitting out one of our product lines to be it’s own company and for financial reasons we would need to create a new Zapier account for that new company. Is it possible to transfer existing zaps in one zapier account to the new account so we don’t have to create everything from scratch? Even if that means we just duplicate our existing account and manually turn on and off the zaps that relate to each company. Thanks! Pat
Hi community, Hope someone can point me in the right direction. I am using the following zaps to send new and updated contacts from Mailchimp to Hubspot: Create or update HubSpot contacts when MailChimp subscribers are updated New subscriber in segment or tag in Mailchimp However the Mailchimp groups do not appear in the customise contact picker and therefore cannot be passed to Hubspot CRM. A contact will have multiple interest groups (tickbox questions eg level of seniority, industry sector) Currently I am able to get name, contact info and various tags over into Hubspot - which is great - but have resorted to importing the group info in weekly batches Is there a way to send groups over please? THANK YOU
