I have one of my student that uses sharepoint to store their customers files and work within the office. They were happy about what Zapier can do but are hesitant to proceed for this reasons: Workflow within microsoft apps: are they able to take documents from within sharepoints and also store documents through Zapier?workflow originated from another app: suppose a customer sends an attachment via email, will they be able to save the attachment in sharepoints? the problem is they do not see the integration with sharepoints yet so they feel as if sharepoint is an island. workflow from sharepoint to other apps: Adocument is uploaded or modified in sharepoints , can i trigger another app to do something? Anyone can help on these three workflows?
I am looking into creating an integration: when there is a new data in Google Sheet like the one below, it will be added or updated on MailChimp.However, when I am creating a trigger on the Google Sheet, I am confused why it says Spreadsheet Row A, Spreadsheet Row B, and Spreadsheet Row C. Isn’t it supposed to be Row Number? The first row of the Google Sheet is for the information column (First Name, Last Name, etc). Hi there,I want to create a zap that tags users emails in gmail, triggered by an event in Knack, a database tool with users accounts. The twist is, Knack will have dozens of user accounts, and I want the zap to action for the user that is logged in to Knack - so instead of manually entering the user account connection for gmail, I want Zapier to pick up the user account from Knack - in other word, the user account connection for gmail is dynamic. Is that even possible? And how can I do it?
Hello, i have exactly the same problem but with my zap for Systeme.io to AWeber. It’s for my newsletter registration. It correclty works in test mode, but when i do a “fake” registration on my optin page on SIO, nothing appear in zap history and nothing appear in new subscriber in AWeber… I tried with trigger “new optin” and “new tag is added” but it’s still the same…
I run lead gen campaigns zapping form data to google sheets. I often have multiple leads come in before a zap runs. When the zap runs, that batch of leads is zapped all at once, which is breaking a google sheet add-on I’m using. Is there a way to space out the batch of leads within a single zap instance by 5 seconds or something?
I have an existing csv file of approx 800 rows (user data...includes email addresses). I want to create a zap that auto-enrolls all those people in a Teachable course. I know how to use Zapier to add someone to Teachabel when a new row gets added to a spreadsheet (say a Google sheet), but can't figure out how to structure the zap do a 1 time bulk add with every row in that spreadsheet. Any ideas for me? Is this possible?

I created a zap that --almost-- works perfectly. But…Custom fields I create with the Modern Events Calendar (MEC) plugin aren’t available to push to Constant Contact (CC)Custom fields I create in CC aren’t available as target zap options.MEC uses a NAME structure and CC uses FIRST NAME / MIDDLE / LAST NAMESo the best I can do is a hack - mush NAME incorrectly into something like MIDDLE and BOOKING EVENT TITLE into another random field like PREFIX NAME. Hence I’ll have to clean up the data later, making the zap kind of pointless.The goal being that users that register for an event in MEC populate either a particular list or can be segmented later in CC. So minimum success (above a hack) would be populating MEC’s EVENT TITLE into a custom field in CC.MEC does provide hooks (https://webnus.net/dox/modern-events-calendar/mec-hooks/) so there may be a plugin customization that works outside zapier?grateful for any insights!
hi all, I am trying to set an integration between monday.com and linkedin to post through a zap on our company profile, I have setup the post itself on monday in a board - each post has its own row and setup a trigger if a status changes, then to trigger the post (so we schedule the posts automatically to go). But I cannot figure out how to tell zapier where to take the content from (the specific columns). Is there anyone who knows how to do it? Here are the pictures of what columns i want to use: Post Content, Preview / URL, picture, title - and the trigger is if column publish changes.. However I do not see those columns as options in the setup - am I doing something wrong? thanks for your help! Kristina
I am receiving an alert by email with big text, and I want to send only part of that text by SMS to a contact list by ClickSend and I would like to know if I am able to extrant only part of the original email to be re send because it is costing a lot if I re send all original message. Hello,We are trying to automatically communicate Woocommerce and Copper via Zapier.We have already set up some parameters, tags and custom fields as dropdown format in Copper that our zaps don't seem to convert properly.We want to fill a dropdown currency parameter on Copper consisting of EUR, USD, GBP or AUD. Woo-commerce sends this information via the tag “Currency”, which is exactly EUR, USD, GBP, AUD. When we try to link the Copper parameter with the woocommerce export field, we get the 422 trouble error. This doesn’t happen if, instead of filling a dropdown parameter, we fill a plain text field. It is important for us to filter the currencies with a parameter, not a string.Any suggestion? Many thanks!
I have a Zap that triggers Formstack actions when a new Excel workbook is created in Dropbox. I need to either:(1) figure out how to delete the workbook after the Zap is complete -- I don’t see an action option to do that either in Dropbox or in Excel(2) ask the Zap to trigger on an updated/modified workbook rather than a created one. Has anyone else tried to do this? I currently have to manually delete the file before I trigger the zap.
I want to send a pdf document to a gdrive folder (or dropbox) to trigger a new row in a gsheet. The problem is the information that I want to flow into the new row is not found in the zap setup. Note: I have software to add pdf metadata which does not appear during Zap setup. I guess my question is there a way to embed a pdf file with data that will be usable in the Zap setup? HelloI am trying to set up a Zap so that when I add a new track in Spotify, the track is added to my Radio.co account but I receive an error each time. I want to set up a zap for Eventbrite and Mailchimp. From what I can see, what I want to do is not possible but I’m hoping I’m missing something I have already setup a Mailchimp and Eventbrite integration where all Eventbrite registrants automatically get subscribed to Mailchimp. This is the zap I would like to have:New Eventbrite event registrant > Tag in Mailchimp that they registered for this event (Tag says something like: Event Name registrant) I want the tag to be different for every event in Eventbrite. From what I’m seeing the tag has to be the same no matter what event. Is this possible or is there a workaround?

I use Facebook Ads to get new leads for my gym client.I want to have a new lead submit 2 forms in sequence because the form they prefer misses out on a lot of leads.If the new lead gives name/phone Form #1 only, gym receptionist gets a text within 5 minutes to call new lead and schedule a time. If the new lead completes Form #1 and then schedules a time using Form #2, gym trainer gets a text about a new appointment... and gym receptionist doesn’t get a text.
