Wix to Google Sheets, only one item added to row when more than one bought.

Hi,   Would like to ask question related to this topic. I have imported the data from my Wix Store via Wix Automation to Google Sheets. But unfortunately if the customer purchases 2 items, only 1 item (the first item) is reflected on the Sheets. Is the any way to resolve this?   Thank you!

Direct API Integration with ZAP

Add a custom field to a trigger?

Hey!  I’m still in the learning stages with Zapier, and have a use case that has me stumped. So here I am! Some context: I have a zap that watches for new updates to an RSS feed, then creates a new record in an Airtable base with data from the feed.  To make it tangible, the RSS feed tells me when there is a new episode of a show, and the zap sends episode data to Airtable. Trouble is, and what has me stuck: the RSS feed data does not include the name of the show that the episode belongs to. This makes life difficult on the Airtable side as I can’t automatically associate new episode records to the parent show.    I thought that it could solve things if Zapier allowed me to include a manual data field in the trigger record. So for example, if my zap was watching for any new episodes of The Office (I wish...), I could add a text string label/tag ‘the-office’, which would be included in all new records created in Airtable, thus allowing me to link the episode details to

Zoom Error Code 200: 'Only available for paid users'

Hi Everyone!  I’m brand new to this so I hope someone more experienced can help! I’m trying to integrate Eventbrite with Zoom. My aim is to ‘create meeting registrant’ for my Zoom meeting (not webinar), every-time someone signs up to my event on Eventbrite.  Each time I try to ‘test and review’, the test fails and I am met with this code >    I’m desperately trying to figure out why this is popping up and what it means. Is it to do with my free Zapier account, my free Eventbrite ticket (on Eventbrite, my event is a ticketed event, but I created one free ticket available for myself to snap up, to test the zap), or my free Zoom account?  Any ideas why this is happening? Printful + Zapier Automation

So I’ve been trying to create zaps between my prinful and gmail account! For some reason, when I’m setting it up, Zappier cannot retrieve any orders from my store when I have at least 5 active orders! And even when I bypass the test trigger and save, my customers are not receiving email from me. I don’t know what to do. I also need it to connect to my printful store because I need to be able to tell zappier to include shipping information in email and the example order does not have shipping variables!

Is it possible to keep zaps on even after an error?

I needed to run a “find” function on an app that would return an error if nothing exists. I used this clever strategy to complete the “find” using a test variable in Story by Zapier: However, my Zap will always have at least one error when it runs, so it will always turn off! I need my zap to stay on, even after it experiences an error. Is this possible? If not, is there a way to get around this? Cheers, Tristan

SquareSpace Commerce data via webhook

Hi friends, I have a Squarespace commerce account that I am trying to grab data from via a webhook GET. The flow currently is:New order in stripe Webhook to take stripe metadata ID for stripe order and connect to Squarespace Commerce API for full order data at that metadata ID Take order data from SS and map fields to airtable record When I am doing this in test with the Zap off, it is able to grab the appropriate data from the webhook and pushes it to Airtable. However, when the Zap is on and live, it doesn’t grab the actual webhook data. All the fields are blank. I took a look at the same Squarespace endpoint in Postman and it looks like the data it is grabbing in Zapier in the test is correct and the same JSON. When I contacted Support, they said that it might be actually a step nested further under “Result”, but I’m not seeing that in Postman, and adding “restult__” to my pills didn’t do it. Anyone have any ideas here? Happy to provide any other data that’s helpful.

Having a nightmare with a simple flow

HI All, I am trying to resolve a workflow, but Zapier Support are sending me in circles, being vauge and not helpful, so I’ve come to the commuity for support. Issue - Getting a Zap to update a Row on a Google Sheet. 1 - I’ve got a webform that sends over a hook to Zapier2 - Zapier catches it and adds a new row to a Google Sheet.3 - If someone edits thier Webform and re-submitts - this tiggers Zapier again4 - Zapier performs a lookup by ID.  When it finds the ID, its intructed to update all the row details I’m not having any luck with step 4. I just wondered if someone could post either a step by step of a scenario (i.e. a webhook) that triggers a new row or an updated row depending if the row already exsisits (i.e. new if not, if exisit then update) Its drving me mad and support is being no help at all, being moved from agent to agent and thier answers being vague and unhelpful. Thanks all.

Xero Create New Payment Event trigger bug

Xero contains an invoice or Bill payment record that records the date that money was received for an invoice or that money was spent for a bill.  We wish to trigger an integration of this new payment record to create a Payment record in Salesforce.  Xero does not support webhooks for this event type.  Zapier polls the Xero system for a new payment record but the trigger criteria requires a Payment Date which is equal to the Payment Transaction created date.  Transaction payment records are created in Xero manually and often after the actual payment date.  Zapier have confirmed this is a bug and have no scheduled date for resolution.  Has any one any workaround suggestions other than resorting to an API integration?    Mark Riley.

Is Grabbing The Zap Step ID From Later Step (Raw ID) Possible?

Is there a way to grab a zap step ID while a zap is being ran? (The step ID in the URL of when editing the step and used in the variable fields):For example, say I want the step ID of Step #5 (Copper):If you copy and paste the variable field then you get the following:{{97718551__primary_contact__name__first_name}}I essentially just want to grab the number out of that, but when it makes its way into the zap step, it changes it from the variable field into the value of what the variable holds.So with that, is there like a {{zap_meta_human_now}} type of option for step ID’s? Something like {{zap_meta_step5_id}} for example?I essentially want to, in the code block, run a “replace” JS script that will replace a variable that I push in (e.g. [[ReplaceVariableWithStageID]] would replace with 97718551, pulling that stage ID from the zap itself)Thanks so much!Alex

Webhook and custom get request

Hi ! This is nice on a webhook. But how could I do the same with a custom get request ? My workflow is :  Webhook POST on api to get a Bearer GET to retrieve Data Send raw data to another solution. I can not do the last step as I can’t find a solution to retrieve raw body from the 3rd step. Do you have a solution ? Thanks

Need to create 2 contacts in Zipforms from Chime

I can create a contact in Zipforms with a Zap, but I am often dealing with a couple. How do I get the second contact in through the Zap? I’m using Chime as my source, and it groups couples into one contact record and puts the spouse in a “family” section where it holds their name and email address.

Now when I am integrating the gsheets and leads hook decision tree. some columns are being fetched but some are not. And all columns are showing in the mapping process i map all the processes but still, this error is happening

Issue sending email from Outlook

Hi, can anyone help me connect Zapier to my outlook? I’m trying to trigger an email to be sent from my outlook account. Whenever I click test I get the following error message: Unable to send an email: Cannot send mail. Airtable trigger only for particular value in a specific field

I have set up zaps from airtable to slack&github connected to a specific base and table. However, I dont wnat each new record to be zapped, but only if the value in my ‘priority’ column is 1 or 2 (not 3 or 4). Can zaps be customized to such a specific degree?

Is Zapier a good fit for keeping a database in sync with Google Sheets?

I have a database with 10k rows, and I’d like to be able to edit that database in Google Sheets and/or the database. i.e., I would like to be able to add/delete/update rows in the database, and have that show up in the spreadsheet, and vice versa. Would Zapier be a good fit for this? To do this, would I need to create one zap for additions, one zap for updates, and one zap for deletions, in both directions?

Zap to Airtable: *Adding* new data to a cell without *overwriting* existing data

Hi!   I’m trying to build a series of Zaps to push data from different sources to an Airtable. What I’m hoping to do is have, in certain cells, data *added* to cells when a record is updated -- instead of overwriting the data in the existing cell.  There doesn’t seem to be a natural way to do this; I was curious if there was syntax I could add to a field to make it additive? Or another tricky solution?   Thanks!

zap testing produces results but trigger action doesn't

I have a zap is triggered by a pipedrive event of a deal being won. if I test each step in zapier it seems to work, but when I do the deal in pipedrive and then click on ‘won’ the zap doesn’t seem to launch the tasks for asan or google drive. Not really sure what to look for that is missing.  Any help would be great

Convert JSON to CSV and then send by email

Hi all, I am pretty new to Zapier and I am trying to figure out if this kind of workflow is possible:   I have the end point of an API which I need to call and get a JSON as response I would like than to convert this JSON to a CSV I would like to email this CSV file this should be a recurring task (daily) and possibly I need to pass to the step # 1 a date dynamically.   I hope my question is clear and thanks a lot in advance to anyone who could help me,   -Vinz
