Since I started working at Zapier almost four years ago, we've gone from integrating with several hundred apps to integrating with several thousand. That's just to say: no matter what kind of software you're looking for, there's a lot to choose from.
So how do you know if you're using the right app for the job?
When it comes down to it, if it's working for you, it's probably the right one. But if it's not—if you feel like something's missing—it's time to think about making the switch. Here's an article on our blog about how to know if it's time to switch to a new tool.
Switching apps isn't scary
If you do decide to move to a new app, you'll want to take your data with you. If there aren't any built-in options within the apps you're moving to and from, you can use Transfer by Zapier as a dedicated migration tool.
