Rather than thinking about tasks Pawel Sheffler used Zapier to create processes. One Zap took a lead generation form and sent an immediate follow-up email and then reached out automatically a few days later to get feedback about the downloaded resource. 

He also created a system to nurture leads who came in through webinars, sending reminders, post-webinar follow-up, as well as longer term outreach.
