But automating something is very different from forming an automation habit. To have an automation habit, you need to be thinking about automation as a potential solution to problems you come across or tasks that are draining you.
Then, of course, you need to hone those workflows after you’ve built them. It’s kind of like getting into the habit of exercising: you don’t just start jogging 30 minutes a day and then do that exact same practice forever. You adjust your practices to make it better fit your routine as it develops.
