Zaps keeps trying to transfer old data to Monday.com, using 300/750 task. Only want new data.

Seems super simple, right? Well, we only have 2 Zaps Google Forms > Google Calendar && Google Sheet > Monday.com. All my fields are mapped how we want. Everything works smooth, but every week, without fail, Zapier holds my Zaps because of a bulk warning. (Which we appreciate a lot). But, this is not sustainable.

We only need the new data to transfer, that’s it. No replays no re-runs.

Do we need to set up a transfer to control this?

Things we tried:

Deleting all the held zaps from being ran (but they just retry next week)

Messaging support

Troubleshooting Zaps videos on YT.

Hi @Blower Door

Can you please share screenshots of the zap step up so we can identify the problem ? Also, which Zap is running constantly? I assume the Google Sheets to Monday.com? Is it set to New Rows OR New or Updated Rows? If its set up to New or Updated Rows it might cause this issue since it will trigger each time a row is updated (so if you add a new column in Google Sheets that might cause it)

We have it set to new or updated spreadsheet row. We’ve changed it.

What are your thoughts?

After you set it to New Row, it still caused the same issue?

@MohSwellam so far so good. I will mark best answer on Monday morning, if no warning comes up.
