I’m trying a very simple integration Between Zapier and LACRM. Basically, I need to create a task in LACRM every time a work item is created. The only issue I’m having is that tasks in LACRM must have due dates, but it seems like Zapier is not providing the date ticket was created. Not sure why!

Is there a way I can customize what gets pulled? or is there a workaround where I can fill that with today’s date? I believe this is all Zapier is pulling.

Thanks!

Hi there @BackerJaradeh,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

You can use {{zap_meta_human_now}} command in your action step to indicate the time it runs. It can be used in date/time fields and in certain text fields. You can learn more about that here: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496275717261-Insert-the-time-your-Zap-runs-into-a-field#h_01HJ1D5RZT11YM118BMSNQ307F

Additionally, you can also adjust the date and time value in Zaps here: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496307860109-Adjust-date-and-time-values-in-Zaps

Hopefully, this helps!
