Super confused as to what to do and could really use some help fixing this. I have a very simple Zap that takes a Gmail attachment and uploads to a OneDrive folder.

My Zap was working fine up until yesterday afternoon when I start getting emails about an error in my Zap regarding OneDrive telling me to reconnect the account. ok

When I went in to look at the Zap and that action (upload to OneDrive) it was giving me an error on the test step saying "Failed to create a file in OneDrive - Error from halted execution:"

I then got an email telling me that "Authorization access_token missing for OneDrive."

Which is also the error I also saw when troubleshooting in Zapier

The "help" tells me to reconnect to OneDrive in the apps section. I tried this and it did not fix the issue - it did reconnect but my Zap still won’t connect/work. I also tried deleting the connection and re-adding it. Testing the connection here in the Apps page shows it is working fine as seen here.

However, my Zap is still erroring out and telling me it cannot upload a file to Dropbox. It keeps giving me the same message.

I have tried creating a new Zap and connecting that to OneDrive - no luck. I can connect fine in the Apps section of Zapier but not from within the Zap itself.

I am totally baffled...

Why did this stop working?
Why does my connection to OneDrive work on the Apps page but not in my Zap?
How can I fix this?

I am also confused on how to add a fresh OneDrive connection to Zapier. If I remove/delete all connections and then click “add connection”, it automatically logs into OneDrive with my credentials to the “old” account and does not give me any chance to enter credentials for a NEW OneDrive account. Help!!

Hi @Terrapin,

Welcome to the Community.

If your OneDrive connection in Zapier isn’t working despite troubleshooting, try clearing your browser cache and cookies or using a different browser or incognito mode to rule out browser-related issues.

I hope this helps you with your issue. Let us know if you have further questions.
