Uploading mp4 files larger than 60 MB to OneDrive

Hi! I am trying to upload video files (from Fathom recording tool) to a shared folder in OneDrive.

I managed to find a way from the trigger ‘New Download Video’ to upload a mp4 file directly from the URL.

Problem is all recordings are over 60 MB which is the limit of the OneDrive upload apparently.. (Error: “Cannot upload files larger than 60 MB.”)

Anyone have an idea how to upload a video larger than that to OneDrive/SharePoint?

Hi @SharonM

Try using a different app in the Zap to first compress the file to a smaller file size.

Or you can split a file into smaller parts to upload each.

Thanks @Troy Tessalone. Any recommendations on a 3rd party compression tool? I don’t have the budget for any kind of plan and I fear the free versions will not be enough for the amount of videos I need to compress.
(Spliting is not really an option I’m afraid)

Thanks. It allows for up to 10 conversions per day, which won’t be enough for my needs but I will keep exploring!

@SharonM

Likely will need a paid plan for any reliable app to handle your volume of activity.
