Hello,

We are using Keap Max Classic. I have found that when using the Updated Contact trigger in Zapier it is not bring through our Custom Field data. This is strange as when I use the ‘New Contact’ trigger my custom field data is brought over. Hope someone can help as I can’t figure it out!

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, the “Action” section of your Keap Max Classic that shows all of the fields. Like so:
