Here's what we can do to resolve this issue:
- Please ensure that the WooCommerce Zapier plugin is installed and activated in your WordPress dashboard.
- Check your WordPress permalinks settings. You can do this by logging into your WordPress admin area and going to 'Settings' > 'Permalinks'. Make sure any option other than 'Plain' is selected.
- If you have shown pretty permalinks, and have downloaded the plugin, make sure you also activated the license in Woocomerce. How to check if the license is active here - https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-zapier/#install-or-update-issues
- Ensure you are connected to a live website and not a temporary launch site.
Once these steps have been completed, please try reconnecting WooCommerce to Zapier.
