Integrate Excel with GSheets

Hi, I am trying to integrate Excel with GSheets in a way that whenever an excel is created in Excel cloud (Offile 365) , it automatically creates a GSheet with the same data. Basically, whenever an Excel file is created, same file should be synchronized in GSheets.   Need assistance creating a Zap for this outcome.

Outlook calendar to Google calendar

Hello. I’m trying to set up my first Zap: making it so every new event on Outlook calendar copies to my Google calendar. Two issues: I set up the Zap, created an Outlook calendar test event, but it is not appearing on my Google calendar. Is this a common problem? Is there typically a significant time delay? Am I missing something else? Assuming I get this to work, I just want the Google calendar item to have the title and time of the event -- don’t need anything else, like description or other invitees or any other information. Just looking for Google calendar to recognize the time block. How do I edit the items in the Google calendar side of the Zap? Thank you!

Clickbank item number

Hello; I am trying to connect Clickbank to Kartra so when a customer makes a purchase we assign the tag in Kartra according to the item purchased. But I don’t see the option. I see Zapier passes a whole massive array. How can we collect the item id so we can assign the correct tag?   Thanks

I have an issue understanding of how exactly the integration of Zoom-Eventbrite-Zapier works - ehern i try to create zoom registrants from those, who registered through event brite it simply sends one zap, one email to one person   i have like four of the zaps running right now and i have no idea how to track everything.   Can anyone help me with this?

Basic Auth with 'basic token' instead of username password

The APi I am trying to connect to requires a header “authorization” “basic xxxxxxx” (where “xxxx” is a generated token).   When I select basic authentcation it requires a user and password, selecting API key allows me to add  the two fields that were used to generate the token needed in authorization header. Neither work.   How do I go about setting up an API connection that just uses an authorization header as indicated above?

Epos Now to Shopify Line Items

Good morning,   I am new to Zapier but I believe it’s got the potential to perform the action that I’m looking for   Our till system uses Epos Now and our website uses Shopify. We want our orders from Epos Now to go to the Shopify Platform as that is where we control our inventory from as it has a better range of user-friendly tools.   I’ve tried created a Zap for a new order but cannot fathom as to how to get Line Items to appear in that order. Searching this forum further I note the suggestion that I create a Google Spreadsheet with Products from both listed to create a lookup? Is that correct?   If somebody has the time to offer me a steer on how to achieve this then that would be great   Many thanks   JJ

Dynamic resources / creates

Is there any way to create resources, triggers, creates, searches dynamically in a CLI app? We have a standard database structure but customers can add custom fields and custom record types. The custom fields can be handled by Zapier but custom record types would need to be added dynamically after we have identified the customer when they initially log in.

Creating WP posts with pic´s from Facebook?

Hi, New to Zapier I am struggeling to post from Facebook to Wordpress. Posting just text works well, uploading pic´s to the WP media library works BUT it looks like only thumbnails are uploaded, creating a post with the text AND the photo from Facebook is more of a struggle and it have not worked for me so far. Any ideas? I am not a programmer, just so that you know … Have a nice day, Anders

Teachable 404 Error

Hi, we’re trying to log into our Teachable account through Zapier. We have double checked the username, password and login several times, as well as the subdomain (although we are using the a personal domain now for the website) Nothing seems to work. It was originally connected through the account, but now there’s a reconnection issue. And we’ve tried doing it in another account, but again there’s been problems. Has anyone else experienced this?

Best way to get first Product Image for Woocommerce for Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter Posts

Hi Community! I am trying to get the first available image for a Woocommerce product for Zaps that are triggered by product updated. The issue I am having is that there does not seem to be a solid way to get the image I need. If there is only one image for the product then Image Src will give you what you need. However more than one image it gets more complicated and my success is limited. Does anyone have a code example or other method that will work that they could help me with?   Dean  Datalynk UK

Connected account not updating after consent is given to zapier in integration

In my zapier integration built using zapier’s CLI, after a user connects their account successfully, the zap step does not display the newly connected account until after a user refresh of the page. Other integrations do not have this problem, so I’m wondering if there’s something more we need to do after the request to exchange an authorization code for an access token.

Zapier did not notify us of expired Facebook authentication

Has anyone else had an issue where Zapier “failed quietly” on expired authentication tokens to external APIs like Facebook? For months, we’ve had an automation taking leads from Facebook Lead Ads and moving them into a CRM and a custom spreadsheet. We noticed that leads seemed to have fallen off in our CRM, but our ads manager was showing leads in the Facebook Ad Center.  Upon investigating, we found that:   Zapier was reporting 0 issues with the Zaps, but When we finally clicked through each stage, we saw a small note under “Choose Account” > “Facebook Lead Ads account” that said (it’s gone now, but essentially was) “Facebook authentication token expired.” We reconnected fine and things are flowing again, but for those few days where it appeared that things were working but nothing was happening in the CRM, we lost time to contact those leads. Thankfully, they were there to be exported from Facebook, but since we have all leads funnel to our CRM from various sources (many through Z

Has anyone built zap with jot down and facebook messenger?

I wanted to use jot down forms for selected clients in facebook messenger.  The triggers available are not what we want.  We wanted to be able to simply have the capacity to send the jot down form into facebook messenger at our own prerogative.  This is because we don’t want all inquiring clients to fill up the forms when they’re not serious.  We need to chat with them first and see if they’re the right customers and that’s when we send them the jot down form to fill up.   what kind of trigger can i use for this?
