Good afternoon! We have purchased a plugin for Tnrive Quiz. But we are counting on your help. We have a survey. There is an opt-in form, we want to integrate it with zapier. Next, we want zapier to send us data to quentn, namely the name, e-mail and tag according to the passed quiz answers. How do we set everything up correctly? thanks
