I have a Zap in mind that requires use of the Jira Cloud search action on Key. That Key changes when a Jira ticket is moved to a different project, something that happens in my environment. I know that in Jira itself, when you search on an earlier key, the search returns the proper ticket - with the current key. 
 

My question is whether the search action in Zapier will do the same. I am itching to test but cannot just yet, so I thought I’d ask here in case anyone has tried this.

Turns out the Search Action WILL return the proper (current) JIRA Key when you search a prior.  :-)
