I have a Zap where the incoming data trigger includes a field ‘accepts_marketing’ and the action I am triggering takes a field ‘opt out of marketing’, so both are booleans representing the same thing but are opposite each other. i.e. if incoming ‘accepts_marketing’ is true, then action field ‘opt out of marketing’ should be false… is there any way to invert the value in the action step? (like ‘NOT(accepts_marketing)’ or ‘!accepts_marketing’) I’m hoping I don’t need to over-complicate this with extra steps...

Hey! You will need to add an extra step here - Either a text formatter to format the FALSE into TRUE and vice versa, or a code-step to do it in one task. Super easy, but there’s no way to do it without another task

Edit - Actually you could use zapier storage to do this in one step:

Set up the key “True” to equal False” and vice versa.
