How do I manage dynamic fields in a Zap for varying flight ticket data?

👋 Hi everyone!

I'm working on a Zap that takes unstructured data to create flight tickets. The catch is that the number of fields like passengers or flight legs can vary. This creates an issue with the merged tags as they get mixed up.

Has anyone dealt with a similar issue? How do you manage dynamic fields in a Zap?
