Freshdesk create new ticket - name of sender

I have a Google Form setup as a contact form and created a Zap from the Google Sheet where the from answers are sent to Freshdesk but I don’t see a way to pull in the full name of the sender of the Google Form? 

The ticket in freshdesk only contains the email address as there doesn’t seem to be a field to map this to, is there anyway around this?

Are you collecting first name and last name (or full name) on the GForm?

Do those data points appear on the GSheet in column cells?

Hi @Troy Tessalone, i’m collecting the full name, but I don’t have an option under the Freshdesk actions to select a ‘Sender’ name field if that makes sense, see attached

Freshdesk is email based.

Try adding a Contact as a Zap step:

 

Otherwise, try adding a custom field to the Freshdesk Ticket: https://support.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/37596-creating-custom-fields-in-your-ticket-form

Then refresh the available fields on the Zap.
