Entering multiple lines to new Xero Bill

Is there a way to enter multiple lines to Xero Bill? I have a Bill in Xero, and it can have more then one lines of Items on a bill.

 

Posibly to detect by Zapier what new lines have been added to Smartsheet, and then insert all these lines with specific columns to Item in Xero bill.

Hi @davidgecko,

This is a common issue for a lot of people using invoicing platforms like Xero. The feature that you’ll need for that is called Line Items.

Read these blogs on line items:

  1. https://zapier.com/blog/formatter-line-item-automation/
  2. https://zapier.com/help/create/basics/use-line-items-in-zaps 

Basically, you have to enter the item names, prices, QTY information in the Xero item fields in Zapier with commas to appear them as multiple rows in the invoice.
