Creating a Customer in Square: can I add more fields?

I added more fields in Square to put more information for each customer, but they don’t show up in Zapier so my zap can’t auto populate the fields I created. Is there a way to add more fields to my zap? I am creating customers using jotform, and all the jotform fields are showing up but not the Square ones I created

Hi @PuppyStyle 

Try clicking the [Refresh Fields] button at the bottom.

Otherwise, you may have to leverage the Square API to update the custom fields.

Curious about this as well.  I have some custom fields for customer creation in Square, but they’re not showing as insertable data in the Zap.

Hey @PuppyStyle and @Freeride Montpelier!

I checked our feature requests for Square and I do see one that’s related to adding custom fields to the Create Customer action, so I do believe that’s not possible at the moment. I’ve added both of your votes, meaning you’ll be notified via email when that gets implemented.
