I manage CINC for a team of agents all under one lead broker. I’m trying to automate CINC leads to transfer to LionDesk, but not every single CINC lead. Right now we’re using the “Adds Label” as the trigger event to transfer the contact to LionDesk. But the problem is that right now anyone adds to label to a lead in CINC, it imports it to EVERYONE’s LionDesk, not just to the account of the agent who added the label. Is there a way around this?
