Aweber connected but google sheet does't update.

Hello

i am going crazy with this issue 

i integrated my aweber account and what i wanted is whenever some one added to sepecfic list they should automatically added to google sheet..
 

I connect every thing but when i am testing .. i don’t see any new row added into my google sheet?

i will really appreciate if anyone can help me

Please provide screenshots of how your Zap steps are configured.

 

TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS

  1. Are you looking at the correct GSheet?
  2. Are you looking at the correct tab in the GSheet?
  3. Did you check all the rows in the GSheet tab? (i.e. scroll down)

Try testing the Zap again manually.

Try turning the Zap on and testing by adding a subscriber to AWeber to trigger the Zap, then check the results in the Zapier Task History: https://zapier.com/app/history/

The results of the test should return the row and data points that were sent for each row.

 

Check your GSheets app authentication in Zapier here: https://zapier.com/app/connections

Check if the GSheet tab has any permissions/protections on it.

Otherwise, try deleting the GSheets Zap step and reconfiguring.

Hello Tony

I have everything as you suggested  

the sheet is only receiving a sample data but when the actual subscriber signed up it is not adding any new row with new subscriber information

FYI: Zaps only work when turned ON for NEW data going forward.
