I can do the basics with zapier like connecting apps but I think I need help with webhooks. We purchase leads from vendors that SAY they work with zapier but they don’t have an app in zapier so I am assuming they are just referring to a posting url. Several vendors have said send us your posting instructions and url.
I think I need to create a webhook with a url that the vendors can post the leads too. Other than that I am not sure how to start.

That will generate a unique webhook URL for each Zap that uses that Zap trigger.
I am still a little confused. How can I format and test the trigger since I do not control it on my end? I only control the receiving end of the lead distribution.
+14You’d have to ask the lead source to configure and test for you, unless they offer a self-service portal for you to configure and test in their platform.
