Hi there,

I have two issues:

1. When sending a webhook via Adobe PDF the webhook is sent correctly and seems to arrive perfectly fine at zapier though it shows an error “unknown format” and even shows the webhook url to the user. Weirdly enough on another PC it shows a similar error but I am not at that PC now.
2. The connected zap duplicates Google Sheets row even when lookup values do not change. I just tested a in the zap itself.

I contacted already Adobe but ther *great* support did of course not answer.

Help is very appreciated.

Kind regards

Hi @ahd552,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the “Action” section of your action steps that shows all of its fields. Like so:

Please don't include personal information in the screenshot, or be sure blur out any personal information.

Thanks!

Hi there,

I took this screenshot, though the actions is very detailed and didn’t fit in here.

1. The raw hook is in XFDF

2. The Python code turns XFDF into JSON

3. Email notification for internal use

4. and 5. Lookup and Update row.

Note: Yet no answer form Adobe support as they keep ghosting.

Hi again,

I tested the PDF with make-com and there it did work. Adobe Acrobat answered with “Accepted” instead of error.
Make could also receive the PDF itself.

I ask for an answer.

Best regards.

Dear zapier-support,

It’s been two weeks and you still keep ghosting me.
