Timeout error when sending data to BizTalk via webhook

I am trying to send data into Microsoft BizTalk using a Post webhook but I keen getting a connection timeout… Is it not possible?

Please post screenshots with how your Zap step is configured.

Please include the link to the API endpoint documentation you are referencing.
