Hello we are looking to integrate Woocommerce and Starshipit to send an SMS via BurstSMS when a customers order status is set to ‘picked up’ and or ‘out for delivery’
We understand that Starshipit has a native integration via api, but its uses a different SMS phone number every time an SMS is sent out to a customer. Totally not an ideal customer experience. We want to see if there is a way to create a zap as follows:
App: Starshipit
Trigger: Order Status ‘Picked Up’
Action: Send SMS to: Mobile Number… xxxx (via Burst)
Note that we had a look at the available information via https://zapier.com/apps/starshipit/integrations/webhook but there does not seem to be anything for Order Status ‘tracking_short_status’ or ‘tracking_long_status’
