Rest hook unsubscribe trigger

 was able to setup my subscribe rest hook, but i can retrieve the hook id for the unsubscribe, plus the unsubscibe isnt able to interact with thw unsubscribe endpoint at all, i need to know what am missing and how to fix this.Thanks
