NHS contacts cannot be synced

Whenever I update my data in Mojo or create new fields, I need to send that data to update my clients in FollowUpBoss. However, the Mojo Dialer system is sending me the error 'NHS contacts cannot be synced.' What is the cause of this NHS error and how can I fix it? Because when testing in Zapier, it works correctly.

What does NHS stand for?

Have you tried reaching out to Mojo Support for possible guidance about the error?

Can you show screenshots of the encountered error to give us context?
