How to update file content of xlsx file located on BOX application cloud

I have a file located on the box application cloud which is a xlsx file. I want to access this file and update the content of this file using Zapier.

 

I have captured the details of the problem in this loom.

 

Anyone has faced similar issues and can help me with the same?

An alternative would be to use GDrive and GSheets:
