How to set up Webhooks

I wanted to redirect Facebook Instant Form leads to the CRM, and for that, I'm using Zapier. I have linked the Facebook form to Zapier and Zapier's webhook to the CRM. However, the problem is that when I tested the lead, it is reflecting in Zapier but not in the CRM.

Hence, I would like your assistance in setting up the webhook properly.

Hi @Kumar Vanshaj do you have the screenshots of the Zapier steps? I want to see what do you see after you test the step. 
BTW, Is your CRM a custom solution?
