Help Needed - Set API User Email

I am attempting to follow instructions for a template created to integrate Gravity Forms with SingleOps (CRM).

Here is the Zapier template.

Here are the instructions giving me issues: 

I completed step 1 and 2, but when I open the zap using the template, I am not able to locate the “example values” to replace with my own API info. 

I am not finding anywhere to “Set API Token” or anywhere in Zapier to enter an API token

Is this where I would enter the API email and token? 

I was told it is in the post step under actions.

Shared Zaps don’t retain the set/mapped field values and other customizations.

You’ll need to reach out to SingleOps Support to ask for more guidance from them.

They would need to provide you with more screenshots to clarify what to configure/change in each Zap step for their template.
