Feature Request - IF Condition is met, wait x mins and try previous step again

I don’t know if there is a way to do this now, but I cannot seem to find it.  I think it would be a great utility.  The logic basically already exists in different places but would be needed in a utility. 

This would combine:  Filter, Delay, and Replay

After an Action, If a Condition is Met (i.e. ID is NULL), Delay X Minutes, and replay prior step.  This can be limited to 5 times
