The Zap is designed to catch a webhook in Webhooks by Zapier and create a lead in Salesforce. However, the Zap stopped with an error indicating that a duplicate record was found in Salesforce.

Details of the error are as follows:
Error Message: Could not create record of the "Lead" object: Duplicate record.
I've attached a screenshot for your reference.
