Can anyone give me an answer as to why my catch hook is not pulling in any new data? I tried placing an order on our site; payment successfully went through; however, the information I used is not pulling into Zapier webhooks. Can anyone help me? Thank you.

Sorry to hear the Zap isn’t loading any new test record data. Hmm, can you try sending another webhook to the Zap while the Test section of the trigger is open. Then wait around 10 seconds before clicking on the Find new records button to see if the hook is captured as a new test record:
