Are my webhooks being batch processed?

Hi, I have connected to Zapier to a service (We-Connect) using both a Zapier generated webhook and, more recently, the service’s API and native app for Zapier. Over the last couple of weeks I have seen a degredation in performance having, in some cases, to wait more than 24 hours for the Zap to trigger/run.

My feeling is that the issue lies outside of Zapier but I need to evidence this

  1. to try and resolve the issue and
  1. to placate my Clients!

Can you point me in the direction of any data that I may be able to access  to help me get to the bottom of this issue?

Please find attached screen grabs showing examples of:

  1. the delay in the trigger element of one zap and
  1. numerous zaps being processed at once
