As of January 8, 2024, pay-per-task billing is enabled by default in all new Zapier plans, or if you upgrade or downgrade your existing plan. If you're on an older plan you'll need to switch to a current plan option to take advantage of this feature. Find out more here: How pay-per-task billing works in Zapier
No, your Zaps will not be turned off if pay-per-task billing is enabled in your account. If you go over your plan's task limit, you can pay for each additional task at 1.25x the price of a task on your subscription and this will keep your Zaps on.
If you enable pay-per-task without changing your existing plan then no, your billing cycle date will not be reset. But if pay-per-task billing selected when upgrading your account then yes, the billing cycle date will be reset due to the upgrade.

Yes! To remove pay-per-task billing from your account you'll need to get in touch with our Support team who can disable that feature on your behalf.
