SMTP Erroring Out when signing in

I’m trying to sign into the gmail server (smtp.gmail.com) with TLS on, port 587. I keep getting the error in the attachment or another similar (request timeout on port 465, etc). I’ve verified login info. I can’t turn off “less secure app protection”. I’ve tried different ports, verified my IMAP was turned on. Also tried filling in the “from” address with the same email.

Ideas?

Hey there, @bryanhj! Oh no, I’m so sorry to see you’re running into this.

For this I’d actually recommend opening a ticket with my teammates in support! This will likely require digging into logs to get a full picture of the error and they’ll be able to access those for you.
