Ever since the email about the outage on 9th July (Maybe coincidence ), I’ve been receiving a high volume of following issue. there is no pattern to error or Zap.

 

MSSQL: Trigger partner failure: Timeout reached while attempting to read from the target database. Please see

 

The database is connected to Zapier, no setting have been changed on database side and the data within the database is small 1% of 2GB DB. 

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated 

 

@rpuser did you try to reconnect the database and repull data, to reset the trigger?


I’ve just reconnected the connection, when you say repull the data, what do you mean?
