So, when a Zendesk ticket is LINKED to a Jira ticket the custom Jira fields are mapped/synced over to zendesk custom fields.


Currently, I cant find a way to filter by if jira ticket has a linked zendesk ticket.


Also, is this even possible using Zapier? If not, does anyone have any recommended plugings/apps
