Hi, 

 

I have a problem. When I finish testing the zap (it works right) and I turn it on, when I refresh the page, the zap is off (A mail is sent and says something like "your zap couldn't turn on, try again". I can't find a solution, can you please help me? Thank you so much.

What apps are you using in your Zap?

Certain Zaps have requirements in order to be turned ON.

Make sure to check the Help pages for your Zap apps. (e.g. Mailchimp: https://zapier.com/apps/mailchimp/help)

Google Ads and Zoho CRM! when I test de zap it works right, but it turns off directly

Both of those apps are Premium apps.

Yes, I have a zapier payment plan. In the case that I don't have it, would zappier let me configure the zap with those apps? Because as I said, the zap is tested and it works, simply when I refresh the page it turns off by itself.

You can create and test Zaps without a Zapier paid plan, that’s how you can validate the use case and try out the Zapier platform to determine if your use cases are applicable.

However, being able to turn Zaps ON has different requirements.

That can depend on factors such as the Zapier plan, app plans/permissions/settings, etc.

I need to have the app conected y my apps to use it on a zap? or I can use it directly

App connections can be added/checked here: https://zapier.com/app/connections

Apps need to be authenticated/connected with Zapier in order to use those in Zaps.

I connect both apps and nothing. I will reclaim to support, thanks anyways.

Zap was paused with error message: Google Ads - Lead Form: (xxxxxx- xxx): A form may only have one webhook and be used in one Zap. What that means?

Google Ads - Lead Form: (xxxxxx- xxx): A form may only have 1 webhook and be used in 1 Zap.

Webhooks placed in GAds on the Lead Form send data to the Zap trigger step.

That makes it sound like you are using the same GAds Lead Form in multiple Zaps.
