Hi, I am new to woocommerce and zapier and fresdesk. I have a store via wordpress woocmmerce.

My goal is to have this:

  1. User submits order in wordpress
  2. Order is auto created in woocommerce
  3. Woocommerce order triggers
  4. New ticket in Freshdesk - with the information from woocommerce orders

quick question here: Is the order already automatically created in wooCommerce or you want to achieve this with Zapier? I would suppose there is a native solution for this since WooCommerce is a Wordpress extension.

Does it should be enough to do:

Trigger: WooCommerce - Order

Action: Freshdesk - Create Ticket

Let me know if this solves it already. Otherwise I will have a look again :)

My orders are already auto created in woocommerce. 

I cannot seem to get my woocommerce authenticated with zapier after signing into my account. 

I get a notification that its added, then when i go to select the trigger, i cannot select my woocommerce account. 

Hmm. That is weird. What notification do you get?
