  • Splitting full name info from FB Lead Ads to Kartra first name and last name fields

Hi,

I need some advise on passing information from Facebook Ads onto our Kartra system. We are using FB Lead Ads form to capture lead info and on the FB forms the fields include email and full name. Currently Kartra name fields are separate i.e first name, middle name, and last name. Now we want to pass the information from FB to Kartra so that the full_name field does not populate the entire first_name field in our Kartra database. How can I set it up in Zapier or does Zapier has a way to separate the full_name info from Facebook and have it populate as separate fields so they go to Kartra under first name and last name separately?

Facebook Lead Ads gives me a full name but I need first and last

There are a couple of things you can do if you run into this.

  • Change the Lead Ads form to include First Name and Last Name instead of Full name
